About: I am a woman in my late 50's, (a mom and a grandma) who has been taking care of "critters" of all types for over 20 years, between Texas, and my home state of Minnesota. I am basically available all the time since I am retired from my career field, in Nutrition, and do this full-time now. I have done pet sitting, on the side, even while working in my career field, as animals have always been my passion. My place is in the country and very pet friendly. I have a small Chihuahua mix, a standard Dachshund, and a shepherd mix, who are all quite friendly. Your pet can be immersed with mine, or kept in a separate, fenced area; whichever works best for your pet. All can be confined as to provide your fur baby plenty of tlc and attention.

About: I got my first dog 5 years ago and have cared for and enjoyed him ever since. My family has also raised doodle puppies out of our home for a few years now. I've been woken up in the middle of the night, cleaned up messes, searched for dogs that ran away and been on countless dog walks. I love dogs but we've also had cats, bunnies and turtles. I promise you, your pets will love hanging out with me while you are on a trip or at work! I am currently living in Texas with my family until August when I return to school. I have experience with daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, administering basic care, and maintaining routines so dogs feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. Growing up, I will dog sit with my mom bosses and just enjoyed spending time with them. I’ve also done dog sitting and cat sitting for some of my coworkers at work. I understand how important consistency and communication are, and I always follow pet parents’ instructions closely. I live in the Denton area but have dog sit in Dallas and FortWorth. I had foster a dog back in college and had roommates with dogs, so I know the responsibility that come with having a pet. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs—whether that means energetic walks, interactive play, or quiet companionship. There is a dog park by where I live and love to go on walks or runs. I pay close attention to behavior and comfort levels, making sure each dog feels relaxed, happy, and well cared for. My schedule is more flexible in the summer due to my workload decrease. My goal is to give pet parents peace of mind, knowing their dogs are treated like family while in my care. I’m an Athletic Trainer at UNT, which I will be in season and be out traveling. The month of June and July, my availability is more flexible as my season is over with my team and have more time. I have edit my schedule to my available times. I’m able in the afternoon after 5pm and some morning, but in the summer I have more open hours throughout the day. I am welcome to have dogs at my place if they are potty trained or don’t chew up furniture. I can also stay at people houses if they need that and is more comfortable for the pet.
