“Katrina went above and beyond to show our kitty love! I can tell she’s a true animal lover. She is very responsive, personable, and so easy to work with. We will book her again in a heartbeat!”

“Karly came to my house once a day for 4 days to feed my 2 cats, the fish in my aquarium, my 14 hens and one wild hen turkey who recently moved in with the chickens. I also asked if she’d collect eggs. She had never fed chickens so I gave her directions for feeding. And collecting eggs. Oh - and she cleaned the cat box. So the cats hid each day she was here. Never saw them once. Seems like everything went smoothly. I think as a Rover pet sitter she went above and beyond the call of duty. I am very thankful she was here taking care of my critters. I hope she’s willing to return one day.”

About: I'm an experienced pet lover who enjoys caring for animals of all kinds, ages, and personalities. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, medication, or just a comfortable place to relax, I'm happy to provide it. I have experience administering medication, so I'm well-equipped to care for pets with health conditions or special needs. I treat every animal with patience, attention, and genuine affection, and I always watch for any changes in behavior or health to make sure they're happy and comfortable. Your pet will get consistent care and lots of love while you're away. I'm currently a college student at Central Oregon Community College, but my schedule leaves plenty of room for pet care. I only take two classes a day, so I'm away for about 5 hours on weekdays, with mornings, evenings, and weekends (Friday-Sunday) completely open. This flexibility means I can be consistent and reliable with visits, walks, or check-ins whenever your pet needs me. I provide all pet care in the client's home to keep pets in their own familiar, comfortable environment. This helps reduce stress and keeps their routine as normal as possible while you're away. I make sure to follow your instructions closely, whether that's feeding schedules, medication, walk routes, or specific house rules. I always double-check that doors, gates, and any pet enclosures are secure before I leave, and I keep a close eye on anything that could be a safety hazard. Communication is important to me, so I'll keep you updated with messages or photos during visits so you always know your pet is safe and well cared for.
“Nothing but good things to say about sweet Britney. She obviously loves cats (has 3 of her own). She was prompt, followed my instructions, always took pictures of my cat. My cat was happy and content while we were gone for 5 days. I will be calling on Britney again this summer to care for my cat.”

About: I have taken care of many animals! From dogs to cats, even horses and goats. I have always had a pet and love to snuggle! I currently work full time. But have flexible days off so just reach out and let's see how we can work together to make your life easier owning a pet! I am happy to offer supervised yard time and walk your pets on leash if you would like! I will stick to your schedule, and what you prefer!
“Beatriz was amazing with my shy, older dog. It was clear from the first drop in that she took the time to let my dog acclimate, and by visit 2 they were playing fetch in the yard. Also very professional with communication and punctual. Definitely would recommend!”

About: Love every kind of animal! You kind of have to when you are a personal CNA, being in people’s homes who require medical care I’ve seen all manners of pets and environments even exotic pets. That being said I love to give attention to animals and learn their personality’s, and am willing to go through the bumps and flats of taking care of animals! Working part time, always looking for more hours, my job is flexible and I can do weekdays and board weekends as needed. If it’s something specific it can always be worked out! I often would like to get to know the owners style of care, how they’d like me to care for there pets and also the environment they’d like me to create. Everyone has a different need than others! And every pet is different.
“I knew my cat was in good hands with Joann. She was very understanding with me worrying about my cat being lonely while I was away and followed the care instructions I left including lots of play time! Joann also checked in to see if there was anything she could help with while I was away like watering plants. She is also just a pleasant person and I would happily book her again.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was 10 years old, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have a dog of my own that I trained myself, and I’ve cared for pets of all ages, breeds, and personalities. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or has special needs, I’m happy to tailor my care to what makes them feel most comfortable. If your dog enjoys having a playmate, mine would love to join them for walks or playtime (with your approval, of course!). I’m a flight attendant, so pet sitting is the perfect way for me to spend my time when I’m home. I’m typically home about half of each month, and during those days I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to give your pets plenty of attention and work around their normal routine. I have experience caring for pets both in my home and in their own, although I generally prefer caring for them in their familiar environment whenever possible. I can administer basic care, crate pets if needed, provide walks, playtime, enrichment, and even trips to the park if that’s something they enjoy. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away, so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. I am a flight attendant so this is a great job for when I am not flying which is normally about half the month. When I am home I have practically uninterrupted time so I can work around what kind of care you are needing. I am very familiar with watching dogs in their own home and my own but would prefer it be in their own home. I can crate them if needed, walk, play, and or take them to the park if they enjoy that.
About: I am very active and will walk dogs, play fetch, and can take them on runs. If needed, I will wash the dogs after activities to ensure everything will stay clean in the home. I am organized and will keep the dogs on schedule for meals and potty breaks. My father bred labs for my entire life and my experience with taking care of animals goes way back to my childhood! I work remote, and have a pretty flexible schedule. That being said, I can tend to the dogs as need be and bring them on walks as well. I grew up with lots of different types of dogs from toy yorkie to shepherds and I have experience with all sizes and breeds of dogs.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was 10 years old, and animals have always been an important part of my life. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
