About: I’ve volunteered with dog rescues for over 15 years, caring for pups of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I’m experienced with senior care, administering medications, and training basic commands. Whether it’s high-energy play or gentle walks, I tailor my care to each dog’s needs. I treat every dog like my own—with patience, love, and a whole lot of belly rubs. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine. I attend college in person Monday through Thursday for about four hours a day, which still allows me plenty of flexibility before and after classes. I carefully plan my days around walks, feedings, playtime, and check-ins to ensure pets always receive the attention and care they deserve. With the majority of my day available, I’m able to provide consistent companionship, love, and a calm, reliable environment for every pet in my care. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I do all sitting and walks by myself to ensure the safety of your home and your pet. In your home, I create a calm, pet-friendly space free of hazards and stress. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding routines, medication, and preferred walking routes. I build trust through gentle handling, consistent communication, and lots of love, ensuring every pet feels safe and comfortable.

About: I raised a stray German Shepherd/Akita pup from 3 months to 13 years. She taught me many lessons in behavior, training, food restrictions, special food regimines, medicinal application, and specific routines. I also understand giving someone mulitple pages of instructions when leaving my animal in someone's care. I aim to create a connection with the animal and make it as if they are home with their loved ones. I work in the schools on a hybrid schedule so I am out of town one week every month. I am also starting at a new district this year so am still learning what my day to day schedule looks like. I also just got two new kittens added to the family. Whether it be in my own home with a fenced in backyard or at your house, I will be sure to care for your pet in the way that you desire.

About: I have been around animals all of my life. I believe that a pet is a lifetime commitment; in fact my current cat, Kasey, is 17 years old and just as playful as she was a decade ago! Throughout the years I’ve interacted with and cared for dogs and cats of all kinds, and I make it a priority to treat each one as if they were my very own. My 13 German Shepard recently crossed the rainbow bridge, so I would love to spend time with more pups! It will be my pleasure to make your beloved pets my new priorities! I am available when needed, I can work around what your needs are. I prefer to do drop-ins and walks during the late morning early afternoon I respect your home and will only attend to the needs of your pet while in your home. I will make sure that your pet is safe when walking them in your neighborhood.

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was very young. I've raised puppies and kittens from birth, tended older dogs who need help getting around, done some high-maintenance medicine routines, intricate feeding schedules, and some significant first aid on animals. (I successfully performed CPR on a chihuahua one time, nursed another chihuahua through a slashed cornea, and have nursed one or two cats with abcesses from fighting through to good health.) I work full-time on a night shift four days out of the week, so I'm definitely a weekend Rover, with anywhere from noon through to 5am being my best available times! (If you need something very specifically between 3am and 5am on a weekday, I suppose I'm technically free during those hours??) I love dogs, and I love getting around Central Oregon, so dog walking is right up my alley! I love finding niche trails and new parks to take dogs to so they always have something new to sniff, and exploring places with your pet only builds my roster of cool dog adventure spots for all my lil fluffy guy friends! Currently trying to hard work myself into buying a house with my future husband 😷. Serving the Redmond/Bend/Sisters/Madras/Prineville areas! I'm very flexible to an animal's needs; my own dog flip-flops with me from being a 9-mile hike kind of dog to a total couch potato to needing crazy play time, so she keeps me up to date on all the dog needs! Whether your dog just needs dinner in his bowl and to stretch his legs in the yard, or a mile long walk, a ball thrown at the park for an hour, or the correct pills in the correct dosage at the correct time, I'm there to make it happen and keep him happy, healthy, and safe! I'm very proactively concerned about what animals come in contact with outside of the home, even for vaccinated animals, and I make sure that places I walk dogs are clean environments, free of broken glass or animal refuse, and as close to nature as I can get them. For a very large or strong dog, I might ask if you'd be ok with me walking them with a head halter to reduce pulling, due to the fact that I love really big dogs, but I myself am not very big! Very good at footwork and grounding though, have successfully walked a straight line with an very distracted American Akita 20lbs heavier than myself in the past. While I do my utmost to keep a perfectly safe environment, things happen sometimes, and when they do, I have personal experience with pet first aid, on a variety of animals. Everything from keeping care of abcesses on cats to setting a kitten's leg, nursing a chihuahua's cat-slashed cornea to a successful heal, doing actual cpr on that chihuahua's brother (they were quite prone to mishap) and ensuring that a distended eye on a terrier-chihuahua mix stayed wetted through to getting him to a proper vet. (The key to first aid is knowing what's worth a $5,000 vet bill, truly.) Monitoring an animal's condition after a surgery or medication change is a huge responsibility that I take very seriously and pay close attention to- your pet is is loving and concerned hands in my care.

About: I’ve been a lover of animals since I was a little kid. Growing up with small and big dogs (and Guinea pigs and fish!), and then discovering my love for cats during college, I have the heart and passion required to make your pet feel loved while you’re away. My professional experience with animals includes 3 years of overnight and drop in animal care through a private, luxury golf community in AZ called Forest Highlands, where quality and top notch service were our niche. I have also cared for pets off and on for about a year through Rover. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends! I have a very flexible availability as I am currently between jobs. About: Over the course of my life, since early childhood, I've had 3 dogs and 4 cats. I mostly took care of training my 3rd dog who I had throughout childhood. In my adulthood, I've spent over a year I volunteered 1-3 times a week at a local animal shelter where I helped socialize the cats and dogs, and took the dogs on walks. At the animal shelter there were 3 different levels of difficulty assigned to each dog, and during my time there I worked my way up to handling & walking level 2 dogs. Additionally, I spent over a year working & living on a ranch, where I cared for horses, cows and bulls, goats, chickens, and a large variety of different bird species including an ostrich. I'm currently a college student that's currently taking a semester off. I'm doing part-time work that I set my own schedule for, so I have time to care for pets! I can work with fairly short notice as well. I'm good to work on any day except for Friday. Currently I'm not boarding any pets at my own home. I am very gentle and understanding with animals, and make sure to respect their boundaries. I'm able to crate dogs if need be, and am willing to give pets as much space as they need.

About: I’ve been pet sitting and doing check in’s for neighbors, employees, customers and the community for almost 5 years now. They rely on me to care from their pets as my own. I currently work full time Tuesday-Friday from 5am-3:30pm. I am not able to leave for potty breaks. After work I usually spend the rest of the day with the animals. About: I have worked at stables, vet clinics and volunteered with rescues. I'm a "human" Nurse, but my skill set transfers easily to animals. Care, patience and tons of love. I am capable of administering medications, and skilled at special needs for dogs. I work M-Th 6-4. I am available for overnight stays, primarily on weekends! Overnights on weekdays are for animals that can be home alone during my work hours. I have lots of energy to engage and play! I do need to be able to leave periodically to check on my doggo at my own home and go out to eat, so no separation anxiety pets please. I have an escape artist dog at home. My senses are keen. I am always aware and would be the same for your pet/pets at your home. A watchful eye!

About: Im 27 years old and I have a passion for animals that I’ve had my entire life. I’ve recently decided to take my passion and build a career. I love animals and feel that they are apart of our families. If you’re looking for someone to love and care for your pet just the way you would you have found the person. I have had large dog breeds my whole life. Ive help run a dog kennel and also have some experience in grooming. I have been to numerous dog training classes and feel very confident in situations that others may not. I let my animals on the furniture and they sleep in bed with me if they wish to. If that’s something you are against we can also accommodate that. I’m also able to pet transport if that’s something you are someone you know may need. I’m an very flexible. I work very close to home and have a set schedule so it’s very easy to plan pet sitting around my work schedule. I believe in gaining trust with animals and making sure they’re as comfortable as possible. I allow my pets on the couch and will never reject a snuggle. I’m very firm with boundaries but go with a gentle approach. Taking my Mini Aussie out on walks and hikes is a perfect activity for your pup(s) to join!

About: Hey all! I’ve been working in vet med as a vet tech for about 10 years now. My career and education has given me experience with animals, including special needs animals, special handling, basic first aid, medication (including injections), etc. I also have experience with volunteering at animals shelters, fostering cats and dogs, and my own pets; giving me a wide variety of experience such as training, handling strong and excited dogs on leashes, administering medication, CPR, and much more. I have two dogs of my own who are very friendly and who I take on walks, hikes and jogs and they would love extra company. If your dogs are not so friendly we can discuss the options! Additionally; I offer nail trims, anal gland expressions, and ear cleanings for an additional charge upon request. These are things I do several times a day at work, so I have plenty of experience. I work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and am out of the house for almost 10 hours those days. I am still about to fit in a dog walk on the days or a drop in visit. I have a fully fenced back yard and two friendly dogs that will be keeping your dog company (if appropriate). I am open to almost any of your special requests as I know how stressful leaving your four legged friend can be!

My day job is a wildland firefighter but due to the nature of the job during the fall and winter I’m exclusively home and happy to help take care of your critter! Love being active with your animals. We reside in a nice neighborhood with many places for exercising and hiking. I will provide detail and care for your dog no matter what his or her special needs may be.
