“Karly came to my house once a day for 4 days to feed my 2 cats, the fish in my aquarium, my 14 hens and one wild hen turkey who recently moved in with the chickens. I also asked if she’d collect eggs. She had never fed chickens so I gave her directions for feeding. And collecting eggs. Oh - and she cleaned the cat box. So the cats hid each day she was here. Never saw them once. Seems like everything went smoothly. I think as a Rover pet sitter she went above and beyond the call of duty. I am very thankful she was here taking care of my critters. I hope she’s willing to return one day.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was 10 years old, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have a dog of my own that I trained myself, and I’ve cared for pets of all ages, breeds, and personalities. Needless to say, my dog-ownership resume comes with a long list of experiences. I am retired from 30 years in the aviation industry, as a flight attendant. Raising a family, always a dog or two included. I currently work part-time, while enjoying the natural wonders of the Cascade mountains. Caring for others pet family members easily fits into my daily life. We live in a lovely small town, and a nice development. Taking walks on nature trails, dipping our paws in the river or creek, while taking in the views of the Cascade mountains. I own a sprinter van, adventures with my dogs (and yours) clearly is comfortable for all.

About: Hi, I’m Dinah! I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up on a small farm, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Over the past five years, my bond with my two dogs, Polly and Moose, has grown especially strong. Polly is an Akbash/Anatolian Shepherd, and Moose is an Aussiedoodle. We love going on daily adventures together and typically get out for 3–4 walks a day. They’re both friendly, easygoing, and happy to meet and play with other dogs, as long as your pup is comfortable with that. I’ve worked in healthcare for nine years and currently work part-time as a registered nurse, which gives me the flexibility to dedicate quality time to pet care. About: I’ve been pet sitting on and off for the last 4 years and grew up with all sorts of family pets around the house (cats, dogs, fish and other animals). I travel a lot so it’s not practical to get a pet of our own currently so I’d love to extend my love of animals to your family and treat them as my own. I run a video production company in town so most of my days are spent working from home or only being gone for a few hours max. This allows plenty of time to care for your pets, take them on neighborhood walks, and keep them company. When boarding at my house, I have a fenced in yard and a great neighborhood for walks. About: I’ve watched and lived with lots of animals. I love helping out neighbors and friends with their amazing pets while they are on vacation or need any help at all!
