About: Animals seem to gravitate to me, I have never had an issue befriending a stray dog, cat, or even llama. I’m always that one guy in the room petting the dog. I have a natural knack for animal care as well and spend a lot of time just being friends with my pets. I am currently looking for a part time, flexible job that allows me to be with my family more. Therefore I am currently not working as I look and I am fully available. I have a couple of schedule items that I work around but overall I have a very open schedule that pet care will work wonderfully with. In my home we have more of a relaxed environment. Dogs are allowed to run around the home freely for most hours of the day. Cats are allowed to roam the catio outside freely. No cats are indoors and dogs are let outside twice daily to run and play and a third time just to use the restroom. Dogs and cats are fed twice daily and water is freely available. In a clients home I follow any guidelines they have.

About: I have had a lifelong passion for animals, especially dogs and have always had dogs growing up. I started working with animals in 2008 and haven't stopped since then and I don't plan on it either. I absolutely love dogs of all kinds whether they are high energy, timid or just like to cuddle. I have worked at boarding facilities as a kennel tech, and doggy daycare supervisor. I was also a vet tech for 4 years. Why I love dog sitting I love dog sitting because I love dogs. I love meeting new dogs with so many different personalities. They never cease to amaze me. Meet my pets I have 3 dogs. My experience administering medication I have experience with administering oral medications, topicals and insulin injections. Caring for pets will be full time for me as we live on a ranch with other animals as well. Your dog(s) will be inside our home mostly unless we are walking them or doing potty breaks. In my home, your pet will be staying in door with free roam or crated if needed for bedtime. In your home, I always stay in the yard with the dogs or have them leashed on a walk around the neighborhood.

“Yilin took great care of our cat. She has 4 beautiful cats herself, so she obviously knew what she needed to do with our cat. She put our cat in her own private room at the beginning so that she doesn’t stress her out, and then after a couple of days she started introducing her to other parts of her house. She even let her go take a look at her 4 cats from behind the fence to let her get used to them. She spent enough time with her daily to pet her and play with her, and our cat loved her and got used to her very quickly. She kept us informed with what was going with our Cat through daily text and video messages on whatsapp, which made us feel very comfortable that Queenie was in good hands with Yilin. We would definitely recommend her to our friends and will definitely be repeat customers when ever we need someone to look after our cat while we are gone.”

About: I grew up in Simonton, on a property with over 160 acres, surrounded by animals my whole life, especially dogs and horses. I have hands-on experience with minor wound care, basic veterinary needs, and administering medications. If you know me, you might also know my grandmother, Sheryl, the neighbor animal lady! Together, we have fostered and cared for a variety of animals over the years, primarily dogs and. I have spent countless hours walking, feeding, and sitting for them. If you’re comfortable and your dogs are properly trained, I can even bring them to my property, where they will have a safe and open space to run and explore freely, all while being closely monitored! I’m currently exploring different career options, so I’m available to work any day except Sunday. My availability varies as I care for my own animals, but I am flexible. Feel free to message me and we can work out a schedule that works for everyone. As mentioned above, I live on a large property. I have leash walked dogs here and also let them free range and run around. For more active pups, I usually do walks that are about 2 to 2.5 miles along our levee. For older dogs, I go at their pace and let them guide the way. I always carry portable water and treats with me. If you do not live in Valley Lodge, I am happy to walk the same distance in your neighborhood or any area you prefer. Whatever your dog needs or whatever you are most comfortable with, feel free to let me know and we can talk it through.

About: I’ve always been raised around pets! I love them more than anything and can’t wait to treat yours like my own, I’ve worked with my pet foster grandma for as long as I can remember helping pets find their forever homes, and now I get to see them in those loving homes living their best lives I work part time, which gives me plenty of time during the afternoon/evening to care for and visit your pets. I’m an online college student which doesn’t at all affect my schedule, and being able to take a break from schoolwork to play with animals is the best kind of brain break Exercise and playtime is very important to make sure pets feel loved and get them out of a lazy funk! (Secretly, it’s so that i can get exercise and out of a lazy funk too). My care priority is playtime, alongside basic necessities like food/water/potty breaks of course. Not every pet has the same energy levels, but even a tiny bit is enough to brighten their day!

I recently moved back home to Katy to help support my mom during her cancer treatments, and I really miss being around dogs.
