They have gone above and beyond taking him with very little notice and picking him up and returning him. I feel very confident about his safety while in their care. Recently, I had an emergency and they picked him up without any notice and I boarded him with them for 3 days. This was the first time he was away from home and his first night he was nervous, but they gave him lots of reassurance and comfort. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a loving and caring doggie daycare and boarding in a home environment.”

“Monica is amazing! My puppy (Ollie) seemed to really love her! She has the sweetest dog Maya who got along very well with my puppy. About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. My first dog, Harley, was my best friend and taught me so much about responsibility and unconditional love. When I started college, I adopted my baby cat, Cujo, who’s been with me for the past three years. Caring for him has deepened my understanding of cats’ unique personalities and needs. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or keeping up with routines, I truly enjoy making every pet feel safe, loved, and happy. Hi there! I’m a full-time college student at Sacramento State (stingers up!) who’s currently taking mostly remote classes, with just one in-person course. I live with my partner and our sweet cat, Cujo, and we’re also excited to be expecting a little one soon! Right now, I’m doing Rover as my main form of employment, which means I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. I’m available all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. I currently live in a spacious upstairs apartment in a large, pet-friendly complex with plenty of room for walks and playtime. There are lots of open areas around for exercise, and my balcony is a cozy spot for lounging and relaxing with pets. I’m also just a short distance from Howe Park, which is perfect for fun days out and extra playtime with dogs who love the outdoors!

“Yesterday Jasmine took care my dog for the first time for 2 1/2 hours after one meet and greet. My dog is a new rescue about 1 month ago. She is uneasy around other dogs and has severe separation anxiety. Jasmine was able to help my little dog to relax in her home and even go outside around the other dogs without growling at them. I have already booked my dog for a longer stay with Jasmine in the coming week. Much more than I had hoped for. Just great!”

About: I’ve always had family pets. We’ve adopted several dogs, young and old, over the years. We currently have two dogs and understand how important it is to feel relaxed when traveling, knowing your furry family is taken care of while away. I am self-employed and work from home. This allows me to be very accommodating when watching your pets and/or home. My wife is an RN and would be able to step in should my schedule not accommodate a particular situation. I prefer to watch your pets in their routine environment knowing it makes them less anxious while you’re away. Depending on your pet and their disposition, I could also allow them time in our home.

About: I started volunteering at the Antioch Animal Shelter in the 4th grade. Since then I have volunteered at numerous shelters and rescues, including the emergency animal shelter in Oroville after the Camp Fire. I'm Disaster Animal Rescue Team (D.A.R.T.) trained, animal CPR and first aid certified, and have years of TNR experience. I have had many exotics as pets, including a reef tank at one time. I have no issue feeding crickets and worms, but I can't feed snakes rodents. I'm a lifelong vegetarian, so that would traumatize me. Lol. I also love rodents, and currently have 2 rescue guinea pigs. Animal care and nutrition are a passion of mine. I'm also an expert teeth brusher! I brush my cats and dogs teeth every night and some of my pet sits as well. I'm very experienced giving medication, even pills to cats and my recently adopted cat Ricky is diabetic. Two of my regular cats I sit take meds, and one gets insulin injections, so I'm very comfortable with both and also know how to check blood glucose. Animals are allowed on the furniture in my home, even the bed. A couple of dogs I regularly sit sleep in the bed with me and my dogs. I treat other people's furbabies the way I would want my furbabies treated. I'm a helicopter pet parent so I totally understand how hard it is to trust someone with the ones you love. If I ever thought something was wrong with your pet I would notify you asap, and I have no issue taking an animal to the vet. I have a rescue dog who has occasional seizures and a rescue kitty with kidney disease that I give sub-q fluids to every day, so I am very comfortable with special needs animals. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to pet care. I actually have a pet thermometer and carry a microchip reader in my truck with an extra leash. You'd be surprised how many times I've used that chip reader! Being a helicopter pet parent I NEVER EVER leave an animal outside alone, not even in my fenced in yard. I don't take chances. I'm also obsessively clean, so your litter box will not be a hot mess when you return, and if your dog uses a potty pad no problem. I also have waterproof vinyl plank flooring so accidents and kitty puke is easy to clean up. :-D. When I board animals it is very much mi casa esu casa! I'm also more than happy to water plants when I do drop-ins as well, since I have them myself and am also a gardener. :-) I work from home 3 days a week and the other 2 days I come home for lunch since the office is only 2.5 miles from my house. I'm home most weekends as well. I follow the care instructions to the letter. If your pup requires a crate it must be brought with them, since mine are not crated. I am comfortable giving medication and supplements, measuring food, following a raw food diet, feeding exotics, etc. I'm also comfortable grooming for an extra fee, but will never ignore a mat in their fur or charge extra for daily grooming like toothbrushing.
