About: Dogs have always been family to me—not just pets. I raised my Chihuahua mix, Lala, from the time she was a puppy and helped care for Grace, a rescue pit bull who came to us extremely underweight. Watching Grace transform from skin and bones into a healthy, confident, loving dog taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and compassionate care. I also care for my friend's Chihuahua, Coco, whom I treat like my own. Through caring for Lala, Grace, and Coco, I've learned that every dog has a unique personality. Some are energetic, some are cautious, and others simply want to be close to someone they trust. I take the time to understand each pet and help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My experience includes preparing high-quality meals, providing fresh water, bathing, brushing teeth, monitoring behavior, giving plenty of affection, and making sure each pet receives the individual attention they deserve. I believe the best care goes beyond meeting basic needs—it's about creating an environment where pets feel secure, respected, and genuinely cared for. When your pet is with me, I'll care for them with the same patience, love, and attention I gave Grace, Lala, and Coco. My goal is for you to have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and treated like family. I have a flexible schedule and can provide reliable care throughout the week, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, daycare, overnight boarding, or house sitting, I'll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and personalized care. I love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you're away Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I carefully follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, take dogs on walks, give belly rubs, play with them, clean up after them, and keep a close eye on their behavior and well-being. I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities, including a rescue pit bull and Chihuahuas. I understand that every pet is unique, and l'll care for yours with patience, love, and respect-just like they're part of my own family

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I adore all animals and really enjoy their company. Having two fur babies of my own I know the importance of having someone you trust take care of them. I would treat your pets as if they were my own. Pets are family and should be treated with love, compassion, and respect. I have taken care of animals of all ages. I can give medication if needed. I would love to spend time with your pets when you are not able to. I currently work part time from home and have a flexible schedule. I would have plenty of time to spoil your fur babies with walks and belly rubs. I can do doggy daycare and boarding almost any day and time as long as your dog is tolerant to other dogs and is up to date on vaccinations. Playtime, walks, snuggles, and whatever else your pups or cats needs are, I am more than happy to supply them with the love and attention they need while you are away.

About: Hello! Thank you for your trust and for taking the time to read my profile. I have grown up around pets of all kinds and have extensive experience caring for dogs and cats of various ages, sizes, temperaments and breeds. I have been using Trusted Housesitters for the past two years to care for pets as an exchange for staying in others homes, receiving an average rating of 5 stars for over 13 visits across the US - see attached pictures for a few testimonies :) I believe I am a great sitter for the time, energy, and love I put into every pet I have cared for - I feel immensely grateful that so many people have continued to trust me with their pets, and have allowed me the joy of spending time with their animals. I am responsible, compassionate, and communicative - it is incredibly important to me that everyone is comfortable and happy while also respecting any requests or boundaries that the owner has in place. When I am not spending time with others beloved pets, I work in public health as an Occupational Health manager, supporting our workers and advocating for more protective measures for these populations. Additionally, purchased a Sprintervan back in 2022 (named Danger O'shea;) that I have had converted into a mini-home, which I use for both pleasure and business, renting it out whenever possible. Working remotely makes it easy for me to have flexibility throughout my day and allows me the opportunity to take breaks as needed to give your pet scratches, cuddles, and to go on ample walks/hikes as needed. I live in a home with a fenced in backyard and in close proximity to many parks, lakes, and trails. I love taking pets on excursions whenever I can (with owner approval), especially for those more active animals who need to burn off some extra energy :)

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and love working with them. I’m a mountaineer meaning i love to be outdoors and go for walks and runs. I live in a great environment for pets and would make sure they are happy and safe. I’m currently at student at Sacramento State so i’m currently not working which means I have lots of free time especially during summer. I’m free everyday outside of a few planned vacation days and very flexible with times and scheduling. I live in a good sized apartment where we’ve had 2 pets before, there’s a big yard and a dog park at my apartment complex for the pets to play in. About: I’ve always had family pets. We’ve adopted several dogs, young and old, over the years. We currently do not have our own pets, but understand how important it is to feel relaxed when traveling, knowing your furry family is taken care of while away. I am self-employed and work from home. This allows me to be very accommodating when watching your pets and/or home. My wife is an RN and would be able to step in should my schedule not accommodate a particular situation. I prefer to watch your pets in their routine environment knowing it makes them less anxious while you’re away. Depending on your pet and their disposition, I could also allow them time in our home.
