He is a rescue dog who has experienced trauma, and this was the very first time I had left him with someone since adopting him two years ago. From the moment I dropped him off, she understood exactly what he needed. Rather than pushing interaction, she gave Atlas the space and time to come to her on his own terms while he adjusted to a new environment. That patience and understanding meant so much to me. Throughout his stay, she sent frequent updates and pictures, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. She was always quick to respond whenever I reached out and made sure all of my instructions were followed carefully. If anything wasn’t clear, she asked questions rather than making assumptions. About: I've had dogs my whole life and I currently have two large (70+ lb) dogs. I grew up with small to medium dogs and before my current pups, I dog/cat sat all manner of dogs and cats from friends and family. I am very detail oriented and attentive when providing care for pets in addition to have a calming presence that pets quickly grow fond of. I have experience with crate training, leash training and giving oral and topical medication. I have created extensive care documents for my own dogs and am happy to follow as many instructions for your pets. I have immense flexibility to check in on, walk and house sit your pets throughout the weekdays currently and for weekends, I would review requests on a case by case basis. About: I grew up breeding and training Rottys and have been taking care of animals of every kind since then. Training, washing, grooming and walking. I can do it all! Animals of all shapes and sizes are perfect! I work nights so I am available during the day to take care of your pets! I can be up early to take them on walks before the day gets too warm for their delicate paws. While I can't house any animals due to my own pets, I have found that pets always do better meeting someone new in their own enviroment. I spend time with them in the places that they like to lounge which creates a quick bond.

About: I’ve lived with cats most of my life so taking care and observing them was one of my favorite things to do. I have a cat of my own, so I know what it’s like to have a set routine out. I am very good at cleaning litter, even for my own cat we clean it out every morning and night! Sometimes cats are very hard at taking medication but with a little help of reassuring them always helps, then give a nice treat. I’m very calm when approaching new cats because I can understand their level of confusion but I won’t stop till i become their friend!

About: I’ve always had family pets. We’ve adopted several dogs, young and old, over the years. We currently do not have our own pets, but understand how important it is to feel relaxed when traveling, knowing your furry family is taken care of while away. I am self-employed and work from home. This allows me to be very accommodating when watching your pets and/or home. My wife is an RN and would be able to step in should my schedule not accommodate a particular situation. I prefer to watch your pets in their routine environment knowing it makes them less anxious while you’re away. Depending on your pet and their disposition, I could also allow them time in our home.

“Heath Bar didn’t make it easy - he barked the entire time at Danielle’s unless she was there with him, I k ew he had separation anxiety but the only time it presented for the last several years was while he was alone in the car. His being alone in the house was not a problem for him. My take away is to be certain someone will be at home with him for most of the time he will be in someone else’s care. Danielle was very responsive and kept me informed the day Heath was in her care.”
“I dropped off my 7 lb chihuahua, Molly, for a daycare session with Hana yesterday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I’ll admit I was really nervous at first, Molly is tiny, and there were two other dogs there, one of whom was super excited to meet a new friend. So much energy can make Molly hesitant, but Hana immediately stepped in with calm, confident leadership. She set clear boundaries to help everyone settle down, which made me feel so much more comfortable. Throughout the day, she sent me several videos showing Molly relaxed and happy, calmly hanging out with the other dogs and going for a nice walk. By the end of the day, Molly was curled up on the couch with Hana, her husband, and her two new friends, a huge sign of trust from my usually cautious little dog! Hana showed wonderful leadership, genuine care, and constant attention throughout the day. I left feeling completely reassured and grateful to have found someone so capable and kind. About: Over the years I’ve cared for many dogs, including my own and for other dog families. I find joy in providing care for dogs at a high level. Making sure they’re fed well, are drinking quality water (distilled and purified) eating quality home made meals prepared with dog friendly seasonings such as light salt & pepper, turmeric, rosemary, basil, ginger. The basic meat provided as a meal will be boiled chicken. The premium meats will be steak or ground kobe/wagyu when available or the grass fed lean ground beef. The entree will change daily but will be human quality home made and delicious. I also believe in healthy snacks so dogs will be given safe fruits and vegetables to eat as snacks such as carrots, bell peppers, blueberries, raspberries, pear, apples (when in season) If you have a preference or requirement for your dog’s diet, please be sure to communicate this before they arrive for care to ensure I able to accommodate. Dogs will be housed in a kennel when they are idle, need to rest or sleep. They will have free roam access in our large backyard where I can keep an eye on them while I work from home. Dogs will need to be trained for friendliness with other dog friends to ensure a safe environment for all. WALKS! Included with care, dogs will get their walks once a day 🐾🩵 (Collar and Leash provided by dog persons, I do not have extra collars or leashes) I work from home during the week and have enough freedom to tend to dog’s needs throughout the day. My home office has a clear view of the backyard area where I can monitor the dogs easily. The freedom of my work day allows me to tend to dogs frequently through the the day. we keep our yard clean and safe for our pet and your pet will be safe too. our backyard entry has a gate that stays locked. Our neighborhood is a safe and quiet area near the Highway 50. The freeway wall is in our backyard which removes the worry of neighbors behind our home. The neighbors on each side of us are also friendly. Your pet will be housed in a kennel that is inside of our garage where they will sleep and spend some of their day when they aren’t out having play time in the backyard. When needed, fans or heaters will be used to keep dogs warm or cool depending on the weather conditions. *I recommend bringing either their small bed, blanket or both to ensure their comfort while being away from their person(s) or family. I don’t provide any toys for dogs to play with at the moment but I plan on offering the dogs an exercise circuit at some point in the near future.

For a long time, my daily routine centered on my elderly dog, his meals, his medications, his slow morning walks. Since he passed, I've had a lot of time, energy, and love that used to be his and nowhere to put it. My cats at home are sweet but pretty independent. Honestly, they prefer some space from me, and they're perfectly happy when I'm out caring for someone else's pet. I'm home most of the day, my schedule is genuinely open, and pet care isn't something I'm squeezing in around my life. t's where I want to spend the time. I can do midday drop-ins, multiple visits a day, last-minute requests, and weekday walks without it cutting into anything else. Honestly, I'd rather be outside than in. When I'm caring for your pet at your home, expect long walks, park trips, and as much fresh air and exercise as your dog has the legs for. I'm a big believer in tiring a pup out the good way. Real movement, sniff time, and play, rather than letting them snooze on the couch all afternoon. I even make sure senior pups get their sniff time in by making a 20 minute walk around the block last a couple hours with plenty of breaks and water! For cats, I focus on play sessions, brushing, and one-on-one attention before topping off food and water. I do have an apartment if you ever need a place to drop your dog off, but I'll be upfront: I share it with cats, so it's only a fit for calm, cat-friendly pups. For everyone else, I'll happily come to you.

That said, a boarding pet is most comfortable when they have their own bed or blanket brought with them, which must be flea/pest-free and clean. ~A collar with tags and leash are required. Harnesses are also recommended. ~Due to landlord restrictions, I can't accept pets in my home over 35 lbs or certain "dangerous" breeds (insurance rules, unfortunately). ~I use only non-toxic, natural, and eco-friendly cleaners and pest repellents for the safety of your pets and the environment. Everywhere: ~I stay alert to your pets' social cues, respecting their boundaries and addressing their needs. I provide stimulating opportunities to explore and burn off energy in a safe and respectful manner.

I’m a full time college student but I’m very flexible with my availability! Mostly morning classes but I do morning runs so if ever in need of morning care don’t feel hesitant to reach out! I would ask for list of services the owner would like or if the pet is on a schedule. Then follow it till the sit is over.

About: I’ve always had family pets. We’ve adopted several dogs, young and old, over the years. We currently do not have our own pets, but understand how important it is to feel relaxed when traveling, knowing your furry family is taken care of while away. I am self-employed and work from home. This allows me to be very accommodating when watching your pets and/or home. My wife is an RN and would be able to step in should my schedule not accommodate a particular situation. I prefer to watch your pets in their routine environment knowing it makes them less anxious while you’re away. Depending on your pet and their disposition, I could also allow them time in our home.

He is a rescue dog who has experienced trauma, and this was the very first time I had left him with someone since adopting him two years ago. From the moment I dropped him off, she understood exactly what he needed. Rather than pushing interaction, she gave Atlas the space and time to come to her on his own terms while he adjusted to a new environment. That patience and understanding meant so much to me. Throughout his stay, she sent frequent updates and pictures, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. She was always quick to respond whenever I reached out and made sure all of my instructions were followed carefully. If anything wasn’t clear, she asked questions rather than making assumptions. Most importantly, she treated Atlas like family. He received plenty of snuggles, attention, and playtime; including one of his favorite activities, fetch. As his mom, that told me everything I needed to know about how safe, loved, and comfortable he felt during his stay.
