About: 42 yrs of having animals in my life big or small of any kind. I have a sense of what Animals want just by their behavior and sweet look in their eyes. Animals bring out a silly personality in me I wouldn't have otherwise. Frosty Paws on their birthday. I work from home which makes taking care of animals easily accessible and reliable. Available evenings and weekends too. I have 2 cats of my own that would love to make new furry friends. I have a fenced in yard. Animal friendly neighborhood for walks. My 2 cats Eclipse and Beastie would not mind either although Beastie would run and hide until her curiosity peeked. Both cats are spayed/neutered and shots are up to date. Require up to date shots to include Bordatella/Distemper and flea/tic protected. Wont leave home without them!!
âWe are so grateful to have found Diana&Brian to care for Scooby and making him part of their family. We meet beforehand so they can meet and introduce their 2 fur babies with him one at a time safely and within 15 minutes they got along. They took amazing care and their love for dogs shows through their effort, care and communication they put into work every day. We got lots of pictures and videos and i can tell Scooby was having an amazing time. They even got a Christmas present for Scooby! Our family highly recommend them as a loving and caring pet parent's and we will definitely book them again. đ¤â

âReally came through for me when I needed a sitter last minute. Kept me really well updated with pics and videos of my dog while in his care. My dog and his dog have gotten along great, really kept him entertained!â

About: Hi! Iâm Victoria. I grew up surrounded by cats, and 6 years ago my husband and I adopted Harley, our sweet little dog who completely stole our hearts. I know how important it is to feel confident and comfortable when someone else is caring for your fur baby. I treat every pet with the same love, patience, and attention I give Harley. Whether your pet prefers playtime, cuddles, slow sniff-walks, or just gentle company, Iâm here to match their needs and routine. Iâm reliable, communicative, and happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is safe and happy at all times. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I work remotely and have a very flexible schedule. Iâm home throughout the day, which allows me to provide regular walks, check-ins, playtime, and constant attention whenever needed. I prioritize safety and comfort in every home I care for. I follow each petâs routine closely, keep environments clean and secure, and provide constant supervision during walks and visits.
âPriscilla was great! She helped us out with a same-day booking over a holiday weekend!! She replied promptly, and answered all of my questions. We received photos and videos of our fur-babies too.We look forward to booking with her again! đâ

âMy dog has stayed with Toya a couple of times now, and every experience has been wonderful. My dog gets excited as soon as we arrive, which says a lot about how comfortable and happy she feels there. Toya does a fantastic job keeping us updated with photos and messages, which really gives us peace of mind. Weâve had nothing but great experiences and highly recommend her!â

âAlyssa and her family were great with Kurt. She kept communication throughout his stay and sent pictures. When I picked him up he was very happy and having a great time. Thank you so much! â¤ď¸â

âWe have left our dog with Beatrice on 2 different vacations so far and we couldnât be happier. She treats our Ivy so well and gives us peace of mind while we are away.â

âMichelle did a great job watching my dog Andy while I was out of town. It seems like he had a great time and Michelle seemed happy to care for him. She responded right away and even got him a toy! I will definitely use her in the future!â

âKimberly was great. She made Zues my very skittish lab mix feel right at home. She has a very gentle approach and tons of confidence and a "can do attitude" with a new dog. My daughters could not believe the trust she quickly gained with Zues. He is a dog who loves to pull on his leash and be afraid of strange outside noises to send him hurdling back home. But with Kimberly, he went on many walks and I saw the slack in the leash which we all marveled at!!! He was happy and fed and given great love and attention. I cannot say enough and she helped me out in a big pinch. Kimberly thank you for being the perfect sitter.â

âAllison was amazing taking care of our little dog. She gave us updates and the cutest little pictures. I definitely recommend her and will be booking another stay with her this summer. đśâ

âMy beagles came home healthy and happy. I've had them at kennels before and they get stressed. This time, happy to come home, but not stressed. Thank you John, Julie, Alex and baby. It's very comforting to know my puppies were being cared for, and having a grand time.â

âArcher had a wonderful time at Karenâs. With his puppy behavior and not being around other dogs much I was a little worried. Karen was kind and reassuring. She kept me updated on his behavior through our trip. Archer settled in and made himself at home. She will be at the top of our list next time care is needed for Archer.â

âMiriam and Terrell are the most kind people and will 200% love on your dog while youâre away!! ((So you donât have to look any further at more profiles!!!!!)) Cooper our 20 month old Cavapoo stayed for a few days and it was our first time away. Not only did they update with photos and videos many times throughout the day but they sent home a report card letting me know how he ate and what he did. They really went above and beyond! Cooper didnât want to play too much with the other dogs so Miriam had him cuddled by her desk throughout the day he was able to sleep with them at night. They truly love dogs and are some of the nicest people Iâve met!! Will always use them in the future !â

âOur dog Rocky had a great time with Kristine and her adorable dog Blue. Kristine gave us updates about how Rocky is doing with pictures and video. Definitely recommend her and will use her service again. We appreciate her taking care of Rocky.â

Kasha took care of my baby Ava while I was in Vegas. She kept my baby safe while I was away, and I loved the communication I received while I was gone. Kasha gave me updates and pictures that showed me how my dog was doing. I recommend booking with Kasha, and I definitely will book again in the future.

Ms. Delois was great, my cat Nala was very scared at first but as the day went on she started to warm up to her new surroundings. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justiceâs National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dogâs vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitterâs care.
Many sitters in IL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, youâre adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
