Pet Boarding Shokan

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been walking and taking care of them for many years. I now have my own pup, she is now almost 5 and I have four cats as well at different ages. I have fostered, bored and walked family and friends pets as well. Summer 2025*** I will be working summer school this summer but will be available Monday thru Thursday AFTER 1pm and Friday through Sunday ALL day/night unless otherwise marked unavailable :) I am a Teaching Assistant over at FDR BY DAY, and would love to help you with your pets by evening or weekend! I will also be available for most holidays! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns! I can walk, play and feed your pets. Anything to help so please feel free to ask! If they are dog and cat friendly I can also take them home as needed or watch them at your home as well!

About: I have 5 years of pet care experience and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I love spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m happy to help with feeding, walks, playtime, keeping their space clean, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. I understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I’ll do my best to make sure they feel right at home. I know how much pets mean to their families, and I’ll treat your dog with the same love and care I would give my own! I love making sure animals feel safe loved and comfortable. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions. I want every pet to feel comfortable and safe in their own environment while their owner is away. I give them plenty of attention, keep their spaces clean, and make sure they always have fresh water. I also believe communication is important, so I’m happy to send updates and pictures to keep owners informed. My goal is to make sure every pet feels loved and well cared for, just like I would care for my own dog.

About: I've been petsitting for over 20 years and I am also proud fur mama to a 14 lb. Yorkie/Dachsund names Maximillian. Max LOVES other dogs and we would love to keep your dog company while you're out of town. I'm on vacation for the summer so we would love to host your furry friends for a visit for a day or overnight or visit them at your place. I'm available during the summer/school breaks and on weekends during the school year (I'm a teacher). I'll have lots of time for walks, belly rubs. I live close to the rail trail and the walkway. Dogs are welcome on the couch. There's lots of space here to roll around on the floor, play fetch, bask in the sun on the fenced-in patio. For boarding, dogs must be crate trained, since I don't want to risk any harm to my dog or yours while I'm out.

About: I have had pets my whole life and hold animals dear to my heart! I LOVE spending time with them and making them happy. I have cared for dogs and cats for years and am very patient with them. I have a fenced in yard. I would prefer to avoid bringing clients pets into my home because I have 2 cats. But if the dog is friendly enough and has experience with cats I would consider it. My house is fairly big. It has a basement and attic, with 2 floors they’d have room to run and play. I have a medium sized yard so there would be room for them to run and play. I also have a safe street to bring them on walks. I pet sit full time. I’m looking to gain more clients so please book me. I spend my time practicing yoga, studying holistic health, caring for my own cats, reading or creating… so I am able to shift my schedule around easily to fit your needs! My home is cozy and safe with lots of room to run around and comfy furniture to sleep on! I keep the windows open and do not use toxic products in my house.

About: Hello! Animals have always held a special place in my heart since I'm a little girl - yes, I was the "Mom, can we keep him?" girl at 8 yrs old. Lol. Ive been working as a veterinary technician for the last 11 years, and I consider myself blessed to be able to do what I love every single day ❤️ That being said, if your pet needs any medication, insulin injections, subcutaneous fluids etc, I am able to do so. I am also fear-free certified, and am proud to say that many dogs that were once terrified of the vet, have made great improvement with these low-stress handling techniques over time! I have 2 Chihuahuas, Enzo and Lola. They're my world. My animal-loving fiance and co-owner also helps me run this business and would most likely be doing mid-day visits as he works from home. We offer complimentary (and mandatory) meet and greets prior to finalizing any service as we want you and your pets to feel at ease! We very much look forward to meeting you and your fur-kids!! My fiancé and business co-owner Bill works from home so has flexibility during the day (within reason) and I work part-time. We work as a team to provide exceptional, compassionate gold-standard care to your fur-babies. They receive a lot of 1 on 1 attention and love! We have a large fenced-in yard for safe and supervised play time. All of our boarding pups get an airtag placed on their collars as well for extra safety precaution. Your pets have free reign of our home and are even welcome to sleep with us!

I could tell when I got there how much poppy loved spending time at their home. If I have any regret, it is not finding Jennifer earlier in Poppy’s life as she would have really loved spending time wandering the marvelous property.”
