“Second time my puppies have stayed with Kathy! Unless she and her family are out of town, I will not be leaving Kodiak and Kaos with any other sitter because Kathy is the best - she is prompt to answer messages, pays attention to details, and extremely reliable. My dogs are working breeds and not the easiest to handle. Luckily, Kathy remembered what worked best the first time they stayed with her and went above and beyond to make sure Kodiak and Kaos felt comfortable. She even set up a little ex-pen “area” near the back door so that my dogs could easily go in and out of the house. If this is your first time using Rover and you happen to be reading my review, here’s an important tip: Almost all Rover sitters go on and on in their profiles about how much they love “fur babies”. What sets Kathy apart is that she lays out her vast experience with pets - that’s the sign of an experience sitter who understands that dogs are more than just cuddle buddies and require different levels of care. Jackie and Jorge G. were Excellent in caring for our two MaltiPoo's for a full week. We had regular communication both before the drop-off and throughout the entire week. Dorothy watched both my goldens for two days and kept me updated with how they were doing the entire time. I could tell by the pictures she sent, how much fun they had. She was very accommodating to my dogs needs and made sure to give one of my dogs ear drops during the day. We will definitely be booking her again!

Dash had a wonderful time staying with Liz while we were out of town. It was our first trip away since adopting our boy, and Liz really eased our hearts and minds so we could enjoy our vacation. The price was a little more than I'm used to paying but I was swayed by all the reviews and by her profile. The care Cecilia provides is worth every penny, she's going to be my first inquiry on my next board, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter!! She watched my pup for a weekend and I've never seen him get so comfortable so fast. Within an hour he was snuggled up with her husband and other dog, when typically he spends his first night aloof and anxious. I'm definitely a worrier when it comes to my boy, so it was so reassuring to see that he immediately felt safe and at home with her family. I got tons of updates and photos too. Skyler has been such a blessing for Zoe and me over this past year. She and her partner don't just 'watch' dogs; they truly welcome them into their family. Seeing Zoe so happy in the photo updates she sends makes my day, and her communication is always so thoughtful and clear. Dariana was wonderful! She agreed to sit last minute and even met with us beforehand to get to know our dogs, which was so reassuring, especially since it was our first time using a sitter.
