About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. We always had a dog or two growing up along with a few cats throughout the years. Star was a 14 year old lab mix rescue that we had since she was 4 months old, who passed in February 2023. I have a 9 year old Blue Healer, Bella, and a 10 year old Rottweiler, Layla who passed away in August 2023. They are like my children even though I have 3 children who range in age from 15-23. I walk Bella, take her to the lake or the dog park or to walk around any of our local parks but she doesn’t like to go as far in her older years. I am on a schedule with giving medication to my pets along with treats and regular brushing. Star would only play with me with a tennis ball and Layla would play with anyone but only with a specific toy so I am well versed in picky dogs. Star also slept in bed with me but Layla preferred her crate even after she was trained, she just enjoyed her own space and would go in it when she is ready for bed. Bella rotates and sleeps with one of us each night. Addison is my middle child and has gone with me for the last couple of years and earned the trust of many of my clients to fill in for me when I am not available. She is a senior at Fitch and is going to attend Slippery Rock in the fall. I will let you know if she will need to assist in any of the visits prior to accepting your request. We do a meet and greet with the two of us to ensure that your pet is comfortable with us prior to finalizing any visits. That is a little about us and our experience. If I should need to crate your pet for safety to transport them at your request I can do that as well. Your pets safety and comfort will always be a number one priority. I have never had an issue with safety, trust or environment when it comes to any part of my life. I do currently board animal in my home on a limited basis depending on the dog and my schedule during that requested boarding time. I use a hands free leash with a bungee to make walks more comfortable for the dogs and safer when I am cleaning up after them on walks. I do prefer they use a harness and I have had great success with reforming dogs that would pull during walks to now pleasant walkers just by positive reinforcement. Entry and exit to your home is done according to your needs. I have clients that do it many different ways and your comfort and safety along with that of your pet is always a priority.

About: Growing up I always had dogs. They were always considered another member of our family. We always trained our own puppies. I've taken care of family members dogs before and puppy sitted in the past. I am a dog mom of two dogs currently. I love dogs and their unique personalities. I love to be outdoors so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups. I'm available evenings during the week and all day on Friday through Sunday. But im always flexible so just let me know what you need and we can work things out to fit your pets needs. Making them feel at home and loved will be my number one priority. I have a fenced in yard and 2 fur babies that will keep your dogs company. Or I can easily crate your dog if needed or I can separate them from my fur babies in another fenced in area. Whatever you prefer I can arrange.

About: I work from home, so pets get consistent attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I provide a calm, structured home where animals feel safe and included in daily life. I’m attentive to routines, exercise, and individual pet needs, and I treat every pet like family. I also have experience in home care work, which strengthened my responsibility, patience, and reliability. I work from home Saturday through Tuesday, so I’m available throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, and lots of attention. I’m also off Wednesday through Friday, which gives me even more flexibility for drop-ins, walks, or extended care. Because I’m home most of the time, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will get consistent care and companionship. I provide a calm, safe, and loving home environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed. I take introductions slowly and make sure all animals feel secure, especially when meeting my dog. I have a sweet Great Pyrenees mix who is gentle, affectionate, and does best with smaller or calm dogs. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. My dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention, and I always follow owner instructions closely to make sure your pet’s routine stays consistent.

She sent multiple pictures every day and made sure to send updates often. She also went out of her way to take champ on fun walks and even got a little pool for him to hang in outside since it was hot. I can’t recommend Amelia enough!!!!”
