Barbara P.
About: I am a true advocate for our four legged babies because they don’t have a voice. So I will go above and beyond for your furry baby. I cared for an older dog that was severely injured from being hit by a car, and needed special care including administration of medication, to experiencing my Roxi going through pregnancy and birth of 5 puppies and the joy raising a puppy which was one of the puppies and his name is Ace. You tell me what you want, and I will follow your expectations. If you have small dogs, Im the perfect fit for you. Dont take your et to these other sitters that provide large backyard, own big dogs themselves and risk bringing in fleas, ticks and possibly parvo from digging and playing outside.i only host 2 dogs a day/night and if you have a special request, you can have a private booking where no other dogs are being cared for during your pet’s stay, so you feel at peace while you are away. Your furry baby will stay inside with me, and be able to roam freely around the house, i have doggy steps to all furniture, including the bed! I have monitors that allow me to monitor your pet at all times 24/7. My home is clean, up to date with pest control, my pets are current on vaccines including influenza and covid . Im willing to accommodate for you to enjoy your time away from your pet. This includes you coming FROM out of town to events such as funerals, weddings, family gatherings where there might be other not-so-friendly pets. Provide your yourself and your pet peace of mind and a safe place to stay for these types of events. Even if its just a few hours to go out with friends. Don’t leave them home alone. They can come play with us! Very friendly, love to play. Although i have my prefences listed, there are exceptions do don’t hesitate to contact me and let’s talk. Rescue pets and puppies are welcomed. I ask that you bring their favorite toy, the bed they sleep in and please please bring the food they normally eat. They most likely will experience separation anxiety which possibly can cause upset stomach and diarrhea which goes away after 72 hours, so changing the food they eat during their stay will worsen it. All pets eat during meal time and separate locations throughout the house until they are finished. At any time, if something occurs that I feel as a pet owner I would want to know right away about it, I do not hesitate to contact you so that you are aware of the situation. Some examples: your pet jumped off the sofa and landed on their jaw, your pet started vomiting, your pet is showing symptoms of distress, your pet was play fighting with another pet and ended up with a laceration on its skin, are some examples that could happen during your pets stay here. I take it very serious when your pet’s behavior has changed suddenly. None of these have taken place while under my care, But understand, I don’t hesitate to contact you Note: Puppy rates override additional pet rates And if your pet isn't potty trained, please bring pee pads. Notify me if your four legged friend is not fully potty trained. It doesn’t change anything. I just want to be prepared. Im certified at administering CPR to your pet and currently taking courses to be a certified boarder with the American Kennel Club. My pets are my kids and i will treat yours the same way. Loving, cuddling, back massaging, tummy rubbing are all free here!!!🐾🥰❤️🐕🦺🦮🐩🐕🐈🐈⬛🫶🏼 From September to December and January to June, I board and doggie daycare on weekends and ALL HOLIDAYS. I’m flexible on the drop off/pickup time but understand if its after the time of drop off, it will be considered at the extended rate for going pass that time. For example, if you dropped your furry baby off at 3 PM on Friday and you don’t pick your pet up until 8 PM on Sunday you will get charged an extended rate for the time from 3- 8 pm. If you need to modify any thing regarding the times, please notify me at the time of the booking so that we are on the same page and I can make accommodations to meet your needs. Thank you. Just need 48 hour. notice. Beginning August 14th I'm only available after 3:30 pm daily for drop ins, walks, Fridays after 3:30-sundays at 7pm. and weekends, . Im willing to fit in drop ins, dog walks anytime. Boarding i prefer in my home due to my own friendly dogs i care for. My goal in caring for your pet is to provide an environment that is conducive to their comfort and happiness while you’re away. Your rules will be followed, whether it be in your home or in my home. I live alone and, therefore, my focus and attention is all on your pet. I only care for dogs in my home. I provide plenty of photos and videos for you throughout their stay, i can FaceTime for you to interact with them where you can also talk to your pet for reassurance when your dog is to be cared by me in My Home. Currently Kern county dog parks are having an increase number of parvo cases, so i will not walk the Dogs there. I have a quiet, mature, cul-de-sac that I live in and provide daily walks up and down my street and they do not interact with any other animals. Potty breaks are provided using my medium size. backyard where they can run around i and stretch their legs, but then we come back in and do your activities inside my I, believe in positive reinforcement. I WILL NOT TOLERATE HURTING PETS FOR THEIR BAD BEHAVIOR. 🩷🐾🌸 reward system is the best to train your pet.

About: I provide excellent care for dogs of all ages, stages and breeds. I would love to welcome yours into my home, where I give 1:1 attention and opportunities to play, love and thrive. I have one dog, a playful and sweet black lab mix who is a an eager companion to other dogs. I specialize in high energy dogs and puppies because I know how to wear them out. My philosophy is that old adage: A tired dog is a happy dog. I’m very active and take the dogs for walks and to the dog park (with your consent). I know the struggle to find pet care myself when I go out of town so I’m happy to provide the service for others so they can feel confident their pet is loved and cared for when they have to be away. I work from home and my schedule is flexible so there is time for long walks, trips to the dog park and back yard play Pets are like family members. We go for walks at the nearby park, hang out in the backyard, walk around the block, snuggle on the couch and enjoy each other’s company. Dogs are also dogs, so safety comes first always. I am extremely careful about having multiple dogs around each other, around new people and children.

She is very responsible and attentive to the dog's needs, and she truly goes above and beyond. Elisa makes sure that the dogs feel comfortable and safe around her.
