“This is the first time, I have used the Rover app and I was a little nervous as I have only boarded my dog at a facility. However, given that I can no longer do that because he is not fixed, I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed! Renee was amazing to work with! She kept me updated on his well being with photos and I was happy the my dog was loving staying with her and her family. I cannot be more grateful and will continue to book with her on future stays! “This was our first time trying out Rover and it was a great experience! We recently adopted a very old dog that has some medical needs. The idea of putting her in a boarding facility while we took our family vacation was causing a lot of stress and worry for me. I found Alondra on Rover and we set up a meet & greet. It was so great having the opportunity to meet Alondra first and see that she had a lovely home environment. My 3 young kids tagged along, and Alondra was very sweet with them too. Listened to all their instructions and advice which made them very happy she would be our dog sitter. Booked our stay after that. Drop off day went great. About: I’d say what really sets me apart is how much I genuinely care about the pets I’m watching. I don’t just “check in” on them I try to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. I take time to learn their personality, routines, and little habits so I can care for them in a way that feels familiar to them. I have experience with both young and senior pets. With puppies, I’m patient and consistent with things like potty training, basic commands, and building good habits. With older pets, I understand they may need a slower pace, extra attention, or help with things like medication and sticking to a routine. I’m also big on communication I like to send updates and pictures so you know your pet is doing well. Overall, I just treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they feel as happy and stress free as possible. I currently live with my partner and my puppy all i do at home is do online school and take care of my puppy all day! I have a fenced backyard a pet safe house with pet gates as well lots of toys and food of course! I love caring for pets i am studying to become a Vet tech
