About: I have always loved dogs, have two currently, and been around them my whole life. I’m patient and kind and love to make them happy. I currently work very part time as a nurse and will be able to schedule my work time around your pets. If staying in your home, I won’t work at the hospital during that time. I love to do whatever makes the client and pets happy. I can accommodate whatever you decide will make everyone happiest and healthiest. You let me know and I will do whatever it takes.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who’s been surrounded by dogs and cats my entire life. Caring for animals has always been a passion of mine, and I’m currently going to school to become a professional dog trainer. Because of my flexible school schedule, I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, exercise, and love they deserve. For the past 11 months, I’ve worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility, where I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. My job has taught me how to safely handle group play, recognize canine body language, administer basic care, and ensure every dog feels comfortable and secure. I’m currently going to school to become a professional dog trainer. Because of my flexible school schedule, I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, exercise, and love they deserve. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or overnight care, I’ll treat them like they’re part of my own family. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your furry family members, and I’m committed to providing reliable, compassionate care while keeping you updated every step of the way. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! 🐾

About: Hello! My name is Sayuri, and dogs have always been an important part of my life. I grew up in a family that always had dogs, so caring for and understanding dogs has been natural to me from an early age. I have many years of experience caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. After losing my beloved dog in 2002, I welcomed a rescue dog into my life in 2015. Today, I share my home with Layla, my 6-year-old female Labrador Retriever, who is a loving and gentle companion. I have also cared for my son’s girlfriend’s two puppies when they stayed with us during their travels. I treated them just like my own dogs, providing walks, playtime, feeding, and a safe and comfortable environment. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, boarding, feeding, and playtime. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I always provide patient, attentive, and loving care. Your pets are family, and I will care for them with the same love and attention I provide to my own Layla. Your dog's routine will always come first. Since I work from home, I am available throughout the day to provide attention, companionship, and supervision. I am able to adjust my schedule to match your dog's normal routine, including feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, and rest periods. Because I am home most of the time, your dog will not be left unattended. When spending time in our spacious fenced backyard, I carefully supervise outdoor activities to make sure your dog stays safe while enjoying fresh air, playtime, and exploring. During the warmer months, dogs may also enjoy supervised pool time if they are comfortable with water. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. Because we have a large, fully fenced backyard with both grassy areas and woods, I introduce every dog to the outdoor space slowly and carefully. At first, outdoor time will be supervised with a leash so your dog can become comfortable with the new environment. As your dog becomes more familiar and confident, I may gradually increase freedom with a longer leash while continuing to closely observe their behavior. Once I feel your dog is completely comfortable and safe, they can enjoy supervised exploring and walking through the wooded area of our backyard. At night, your dog will stay comfortably inside our home. They are welcome to sleep on the floor or in their preferred sleeping area. If your dog feels more comfortable in a crate, I can move their crate upstairs and place it next to my bed so they can feel secure and relaxed throughout the night. Please feel free to contact me anytime with questions, special instructions, or anything that will help your dog feel more comfortable during their stay. I want every dog to feel safe, loved, and at home.

About: Dogs have been in my life since I was 12 years old. I have had 4 dogs throughout that time. I have experience with both senior dogs and high-energy younger dogs. I am more used to smaller dogs, but one of my current 2 dogs is a 54lb pitt-bull, the other one is a 15lb pug mix. I also used to take care of a 70lb standard poodle for a family I was a nanny for. I am currently unemployed, so I have open availability. I am working on my master´s degree and would like to use this extra time to save a little money since I just got married. I offer dog walking and house sitting services. I can also play with them and provide a safe and comfortable envoinment. I will adapt to whatever specific needs your pets may have.

About: With over seven years of professional experience in animal care, I’m passionate about providing safe, compassionate, and reliable care for every pet I meet. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or welcoming them into mine, I’ll make sure they receive the same love, patience, and attention I’d give my own pets. I understand that every animal has unique routines, preferences, and needs, so I take the time to learn what makes them feel most comfortable. In your home, I’ll respect your space, follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, provide plenty of updates with photos, and make sure your home is left just as I found it. If your pet is staying with me, they’ll have a clean, safe, and calm environment with constant supervision, plenty of enrichment, exercise, fresh water, and lots of affection. With my background as a doggy daycare manager, veterinary assistant, and professional pet sitter, I’m experienced in recognizing changes in behavior or health, administering medications when needed, and responding calmly in unexpected situations. My goal is to build a trusting relationship with both you and your pet, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing they’re in caring, experienced hands while you’re away.

About: I've been taking care of my friends' and family's pets for years now. At first, I would take care of their cats despite being allergic just so they could have someone reliable (plus I love cats). Within the past year, I've been starting to pet sit for dogs both overnight and stop-in visits. I'm a huge dog lover, from small dogs to big dogs, especially the big ones that still think they're little babies. I would be honored if you trusted me with the care of ur pets <3 (plus I love sending photos of ur pets while ur away just so you know they're in good hands) I currently work 4-8 on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I'm free throughout the morning and after work. I'm starting classes at the start of September, so I'm free to care for ur furry friends any time between those slots. I'm a huge animal lover, so if your pets need extra love when ur away, I can 100% do that. Im also a big nature person, so daily walks are more than fine. I know some animals are afraid of storms or loud noises, and when that happens, I tend to stay with them to offer some comfort so they feel more at ease.

About: Growing up, I have had several and feel very comfortable with most breeds and their distinctive traits. I am a believer that pets are just like children. They needs lots of love, attention and constant care. Because of my experience, I am comfortable walking, feeding, playing and caring for your dog. Our schedule is very flexible so it's easy for us to be there for your dog. We go on several walks a day, giving them a chance to go potty and enjoy playing with them to make sure they feel loved and secure while they're with us. Because we live on a 600 acre property, safety is our top priority. When we are taking walks with your dog, we will take every precaution necessary to ensure your dog is safe. You can bring your dog's favorite toys or blankets, however we have everything your dog would need to feel at home with us. I wash everything after each visit to make sure all of our things are clean for the next fur baby. We have food and water bowls, toys, beds, blankets, crates and even leashes. We want to make it as convenient as possible for you while ensuring your dog is comfortable with us.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
