“Huey took such great care of my pupper Winky, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Winky can be super shy at first, so I always get nervous leaving him with someone new, but he got comfortable with Huey so quickly it was amazing! She has two super friendly dogs of her own(a little bichon and a corgi), and they got along so well with Winky which is awesome. She also sent me updates and photos during the stay and it looked like he was completely relaxed and having the best time. I also added on grooming during his stay, since she’s also a home based groomer and did such an amazing job(she told me she has 20 years of grooming experience!!) Winky came home looking so clean and adorable with the cutest haircut! You can really tell she has a ton of experience with dogs and genuinely cares about them. Your pets are family, and I will care for them with the same love and attention I provide to my own Layla. Your dog's routine will always come first. Since I work from home, I am available throughout the day to provide attention, companionship, and supervision. I am able to adjust my schedule to match your dog's normal routine, including feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, and rest periods. Because I am home most of the time, your dog will not be left unattended. When spending time in our spacious fenced backyard, I carefully supervise outdoor activities to make sure your dog stays safe while enjoying fresh air, playtime, and exploring. During the warmer months, dogs may also enjoy supervised pool time if they are comfortable with water. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. Because we have a large, fully fenced backyard with both grassy areas and woods, I introduce every dog to the outdoor space slowly and carefully. At first, outdoor time will be supervised with a leash so your dog can become comfortable with the new environment. As your dog becomes more familiar and confident, I may gradually increase freedom with a longer leash while continuing to closely observe their behavior. Once I feel your dog is completely comfortable and safe, they can enjoy supervised exploring and walking through the wooded area of our backyard. At night, your dog will stay comfortably inside our home. They are welcome to sleep on the floor or in their preferred sleeping area. If your dog feels more comfortable in a crate, I can move their crate upstairs and place it next to my bed so they can feel secure and relaxed throughout the night.
