About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. I grew up with an orange tabby cat who taught me the basics of daily pet care from a young age. In high school, my family adopted a snorkie, and I’ve helped care for him for the past 12 years—everything from daily walks and playtime to grooming and giving medications. I’ve also had my own cat for the past seven years, and through his renal issues I’ve become very familiar with the early signs of urinary blockages, bladder stones, and the importance of special diet management. Because of this, I’m extremely attentive to subtle behavior changes and comfortable supporting pets with chronic or sensitive medical needs. I treat every pet like family, and I’m committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care. I am a medical student who spends several hours a day studying, making my schedule perfect for house sitting and using study breaks to take dogs on walks. I have class every week day from 8-12 so I can do anytime after that. Unfortunately, I am unable to do Thursdays due to long lecture and lab times. When your pet is with me, they’re treated like my own. I’m really big on keeping things safe, calm, and consistent so your pet can settle in and feel comfortable. I pay close attention to routines, behavior, and any little changes—especially since I’m used to managing my own cat’s medical needs. I’m super reliable and I always follow instructions exactly how you give them. You’ll get plenty of updates and photos so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. Due to my abundance of free time at this stage of my life, I have all the time and resources to devote to my passions which include animals. I show them the amount of care I would expect my beloved two cats would receive, but we all care for our pets in different ways. About: I’ve been a dog owner since I was born. Since 2019 I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds- big, small, puppy, senior and special needs. I’ve volunteered for the Humane Society and fostered through WAAL. My family has had 3 foster fails! I am a natural caretaker when it comes to animals and guarantee I will treat your pet as my own. I am a cautious pet owner who does well at reading the signals of an animals and anticipating their behavior and needs. I do not work in the summers, so I can care for pets full time. From May to August, I’m free all day every day, most days. From August to May, I work 8-4 on weekdays. I live in an apartment so sadly I cannot offer boarding at this time. My partner is available to watch our dogs while I watch yours at your home.

About: Hi! My name is Katie and I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up, we always had cats in the house and when I was 12, I got my first dog. When I was little, I ran a small pet sitting service in my neighborhood and had so much fun taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes. I recently moved to Wichita to attend Wichita State University but I try to visit my furbabies at home as much as possible. My roommate, Jimme, and I love animals and spend as much time with them as we can, whether it's visiting pets we know, spending an afternoon in pet shops, or volunteering for various animal organizations. We are both active people and love going on long walks through our neighborhood. I am a very responsible, attentive sitter and treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. One of my favorite things to do when caring for a pet is to take lots of pictures! You can be sure that I will keep you updated on all the activities we do so you never have to worry about your pet while you are away. You can expect your dog to be spoiled with treats, cuddles, and lots of playtime while visiting! I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I often work remotely here in Wichita, so I am available to care for your pet all day! I am extremely flexible and can usually modify repeat bookings as requested. One of the first things I like to do with the pets in my care is gain their trust by feeding and playing with them. Then, we go on walks around the neighborhood to get some exercise and explore. Dogs are usually ready for a treat and a nap when we get back home so I let them relax before we do it all again!

About: I’ve taken care of reptiles, rats, dogs and cats for many years. I always spend extra time with all the animals in my care and love them as my own. I know how to groom dogs and train them as I have spent a lot of time raising and training puppies. And I’m excellent in watching after cats and making them feel comfortable. I love playing and providing physical and mental stimulation to all pets. And a low stress environment. I know how to train basic obedience commands and manners for puppies and adult dogs as I have with dogs I have watched as well as my own even advanced commands. I work 12 hour shifts 15 days out of the month so for 15 days I am completely free and I only work 2 days in a row. but on the days I work I am still available for drop-ins, dog walks or boarding and I am able to come home at the 6 hour mark to let the dog out and play for a 20ish minutes. My schedule is a little abnormal. Since I’m free for half of the weekdays of the month I have a lot of time on my hands and am more then happy to drop in,walk or board your pup or cat. During house sitting, I make sure to keep their routine as consistent as possible, offering plenty of love, playtime, and attention so they feel at ease while their owners are away. For drop-in visits, I focus on giving them quality one-on-one time, whether that means feeding, refreshing water, play, or cuddles, whatever they need most in that moment.

About: I have taken care of animals my entire life! I love being around dogs and giving them the best life they deserve! I will go above and beyond taking care of your furry friends! Per care would fit perfectly into my late afternoon, going into the evenings. I am a teacher and so summer is fast approaching, opening up my schedule to a full day! I keep a safe, clean, and pet friendly environment at all times. I make sure pets have fresh water, regular potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention while following any feeding schedules or care instructions left by the owner.
