About: (NOT TAKING BOOKINGS PAST MAY 15) I have been taking care of my own pets for 10 years now. I started making money off of pet sitting for about 5 years now. I have had several clients who have used me repeatedly. I create meaningful bonds with the animals I take care of and ensure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m also a wonderful communicator who loves sending photos of your furry friend! I’m a full time student at WSU, but my schedule is flexible enough to where I can spend meaningful hours with your pet! I do not mind commuting back and forth. I unfortunately do not take pets to my house since I live in a dorm. Although, it will be no problem for me to commute back and forth.

About: I grew up taking care of indoor/outdoor cats, and outdoor hunting dogs. I have 3 cats of my own currently and often sit for family and friends’ pets. I am currently in between jobs, so my availability is open to care for your pet. I am happy to do weekends, and can stay overnight if needed. Pet care will need to happen in your home, as my home is not suitable for boarding. I am comfortable with walking and crating and I am respectful while in someone else’s home.

About: Hi! My name is Katie and I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up, we always had cats in the house and when I was 12, I got my first dog. When I was little, I ran a small pet sitting service in my neighborhood and had so much fun taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes. I recently moved to Wichita to attend Wichita State University but I try to visit my furbabies at home as much as possible. My roommate, Jimme, and I love animals and spend as much time with them as we can, whether it's visiting pets we know, spending an afternoon in pet shops, or volunteering for various animal organizations. We are both active people and love going on long walks through our neighborhood. I am a very responsible, attentive sitter and treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. One of my favorite things to do when caring for a pet is to take lots of pictures! You can be sure that I will keep you updated on all the activities we do so you never have to worry about your pet while you are away. You can expect your dog to be spoiled with treats, cuddles, and lots of playtime while visiting! I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I often work remotely here in Wichita, so I am available to care for your pet all day! I am extremely flexible and can usually modify repeat bookings as requested. One of the first things I like to do with the pets in my care is gain their trust by feeding and playing with them. Then, we go on walks around the neighborhood to get some exercise and explore. Dogs are usually ready for a treat and a nap when we get back home so I let them relax before we do it all again!

About: I grew up on a ranch in Texas surrounded by animals so I am not new to pet care! I have a cat at home and I take care of my roommates pug while she is at work. About: I have experience walking elderly dogs and younger ones. I started walking dogs when I was in middle school, and I absolutely love all dogs and will care for your baby! I have pet sit many cats and love them, and I have experience with smaller animals as well. I work full time M-F 8-4. I am able to check on your pet in the evenings or in the early morning, and on the weekends Given my experience, I am very careful with walking dogs and I am sure to never walk them near a busy road and always look both ways before I cross the street. If caring for your pet at home, I leave things as I found them, clean up after myself and your pet, and treat your area with respect.

About: I am an extreme dog lover. I have been caring for dogs for over 6 years and have been on Rover for 4 years and counting! I absolutely adore my job here on Rover and I try to go above and beyond for my clients. I have over a years worth of dog training experience as well! I currently am working a host/bartending job at Meddy’s. I care for all dogs of all sizes. I have semi new fence, to keep all dogs happy and safe. The picture I have provided was when we first built the fence. Now as you can imagine, weather has darkened it a little, but still does a great job at keeping dogs in. I am very patient with animals. I have two sweet dogs who love making new friends. While I’m away, no matter what the dog is and no matter how well my dogs get along with them they will be separated to prevent any disagreements between dogs while I am away. while I’m there, all dogs are supervised. I have an in home camera to check on pups while I am away. I do my very best to make sure that all dogs stay happy and safe while I visit/take care of them. I provide prompt responses, text photos, and updates on your pet! I work part time at Starbucks, so I have plenty of time to be with pets! I have school Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings. Working 3 - 4 days, 6 hour shifts a week. I care for the pets in my home by keeping them separated while I am away, separated while feeding, and also providing them with light for outside potty breaks at night and more!

About: I am a huge dog lover!! I have a 6 year old chocolate lab of my own! I love playing and spending time with my dog. I have a lot of experience taking care of dogs & really enjoy it also! I walk, feed, give medicine, bath, just about whatever your doggo needs! I am Registered Nurse so I am usually home 4/7 days and on days i work i make sure whatever dog i’m watching/dropping in on, is getting taken care of awesome! and my time is flexible, communicating with me will definitely help! I respond fairly quickly as well! I would care for your dog just as i would my own dog. I wouldn’t want to worry about my baby not being in good hands so I’m not gonna let anyone else worry! Recently got my own apartment, there is outdoor space for play but also my family lives very close & has a giant back yard we can go to anytime! i’ll take care of your dog like they are one of mine! I know it can be scary leaving your doggos in the hands of someone else, I’d be nervous too! that’s why i’ll provide the best care I can when watching for you dog.

About: I’ve taken care of reptiles, rats, dogs and cats for many years. I always spend extra time with all the animals in my care and love them as my own. I know how to groom dogs and train them as I have spent a lot of time raising and training puppies. And I’m excellent in watching after cats and making them feel comfortable. I love playing and providing physical and mental stimulation to all pets. And a low stress environment. I know how to train basic obedience commands and manners for puppies and adult dogs as I have with dogs I have watched as well as my own even advanced commands. I work 12 hour shifts 15 days out of the month so for 15 days I am completely free and I only work 2 days in a row. but on the days I work I am still available for drop-ins, dog walks or boarding and I am able to come home at the 6 hour mark to let the dog out and play for a 20ish minutes. My schedule is a little abnormal. Since I’m free for half of the weekdays of the month I have a lot of time on my hands and am more then happy to drop in,walk or board your pup or cat. During house sitting, I make sure to keep their routine as consistent as possible, offering plenty of love, playtime, and attention so they feel at ease while their owners are away. For drop-in visits, I focus on giving them quality one-on-one time, whether that means feeding, refreshing water, play, or cuddles, whatever they need most in that moment.
