About: I've had large breed dogs my entire life and volunteer regularly at shelters to help.socialize the animals to be more adoptable. My last rottie had leukemia and I cared for her throughout chemotherapy so have experience with many related health challenges. I recently exited my corporate career after 15 years of travel and computer work. I'm taking a break to recalibrate and spend more time outdoors being active. I have a fenced back yard and several crates that can be used if needed. My dog is very friendly and loves new friends to play with anyone- human or animal- that is open to play.

About: Many years ago the ‘Dog Whisperer’ came into my life through personal training. Cesar Milan taught me how to successfully train my aggressive dog with a few behavioral changes and lots of exercise. I was blessed to take my dog to Cesar’s Dog Psychology Center (DPC) more than once. I learned so much working with Cesar and spending time with his dogs. Now I apply those same techniques to all the Rover dogs. The importance of disciplinary exercise has changed many of my clients’ dogs through multiple daily walks. Your dog will receive the same training Cesar provides while staying in my doggy day care and on our walks. He always said “a tired dog can’t misbehave” and it’s very true! I’ve been personally training celebrities like Cesar and his wife for 15+ years. My schedule is very flexible while accommodating clients 2-3 days a week. I am a professional bodybuilder so fitness is my lifestyle. I love walking, riding my bike and going to the gym. Exercise is more important to your dog than it is to us! I’m happy to share my passion of fitness with your dog. Pets are a gift and having them in your life is a true blessing. It’s your responsibility to provide the best care possible. They should never be seen as a burden or taken for granted! I used to walk my 2 dogs everyday before they passed twice a day, for at least a half hour. It was truly the highlight of my day. I really miss them and would like the pleasure of walking other dogs because exercise is so important to their mental and physical health as well as their behavior.

About: I worked at a dog daycare for 3 years, but I’ve been looking after my folk’s canine companions for longer than that. But the amount of times I’ve babysat adds up to about 5 years of dog care experience lol. I can handle most breeds big or small, and I look forward to meeting your furry friend-o’s! Currently looking for other employment, so for the time being I got plenty of time on my hands. I also look after my grandma’s dog when she’s away, but I’m usually free, again for the time being lol I’ll look after your dog the same way I look after my grandma’s dog when she’s away. I’ll feed them, take em out to do their business, and walk them if needed of course.

About: I have hands on experience raising two energetic and loyal German Shepherds. I offer a balanced approach to care, with focus on creating an stress-free , fun and safe environment. I’m currently working in La Crescenta from Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm so I have all afternoons free to walk or drop in on your pets while you’re away. I can also do a quick drop in from 11:30am- 12:30pm At the moment I can not care for pets in my home but in a clients home I would get clear instructions from the client for house rules, feedings, medications, etc. Get to know the home and routines of the pets and have emergency contacts to call.

California Clients: My residence is on Hillrose St. and I am fully prepared to start taking clients here. For outside dogs the dogs need to be larger dogs. The reason for "outisde larger dogs only" is because I am right up against the foothills and frequently get coyote visitors strolling down the street, so it would be most safe if your dog is big enough to not be a target for coyotes. Our neighbor who lives behind us has a average size german shepherd who lives completely outside in their fenced in yard and the coyotes steer clear of him. But for my small dog Roehn, I never let her outside without keeping an extremely, EXTREMELY close eye on her as she is small and too susceptible to coyotes and other predators. Rest assured, I am so so so careful with any dog that is entrusted to me. We do not let any small dogs outside unattended, never! All that being said, my yard is completely fenced in so no worries there. New Mexico Clients: I am no longer living in New Mexico! So sad because I had so many wonderful clients there and I miss them all dearly. I will of course update my profile if I ever go back but as of right now I have no plans to return. About: My dog friendly home is located in North Glendale/La Crescenta/La Canada area. I am passionate about caring for animals and provide a safe, fun loving environment, tailored to you and your pets needs. My home and yard are extremely secure, and pets are welcome inside and out. About: I absolutely love dogs. I've grown up with dogs all my life, sometimes with 5 in the house at a time. Along with taking care of my own dogs, I began dog sitting and dog walking for family members and family friends when I was 15. I love making dogs happy, getting them out of the house on walks, playing tug of war with them, or just cuddling on the couch.
