About: Hi, my name is Angie! I love animals like my blood relatives and I would love to be your next fur baby caretaker! I've lived in a house with 3 dogs for my entire life, and love to play, walk, relax, and explore with them. Since I was 8 I've been actively taking care of pups (feeding, walking, bathing, grooming, and cleaning up after them), so I'm definitely confident with taking care of dogs. My earliest memories were with a Husky, Doberman mix, and Super-mutt, and then I grew up with my GSP, Australian Shepherd, and Chi-Poo (who is now the happiest 14-year-old old lady). In college I also fostered cats – a sibling duo I took care of for 6 months, as well as a litter of 6 kittens – so I love to be with both dogs and cats alike, and know how to take care of both sweet creatures :) I'm available for dog walking, dog sitting, or cat sitting, and have availability throughout the week (with only Sunday afternoons fully blocked off). I can take care of small and big dogs alike, and love to be active – so no amount of energy is too much for me! I have taken care of dogs from 6 weeks to 14 years, and cats from 2 weeks to 6 years old. I just graduated from USC, and I'm very responsible and know how to look after and take care of our precious pets. Feel free to reach out today with any questions about future care, and I look forward to becoming your pet's best friend! I'm free for walking throughout the week, and am very flexible with my work schedule since I'm a figure skating teacher. Sundays I am unavailable from 11AM-4PM, but I am otherwise available to take care of your pets or board for a period of time. I have lots of toys, treats, and love to give, and having experience with both old and young pets, I adapt to energy levels very quickly and know how to build connections and trust with animals. I am very clean and responsible, and if any mess is made I clean it right up. I can find a way to make even the smallest space a wonderland for pets, and am confident that I can keep them entertained until their humans return.
“Brenda is amazing! She is so reliable and wonderful with our dogs! Highly recommend Brenda for all your dog needs. She is very communicative and kind and our dogs come back from their walks with her so happy and fulfilled!”

“I have not been working with Paul very long, but from the moment I met him, his warm and friendly demeanor put me at ease. Paul took the time to truly understand my dog’s needs, quirks, and preferences, which instantly reassured me that my dog would be in excellent hands. It was evident that Paul has a genuine, love for animals, and his passion, for his work shines through in every interaction. Another aspect that impressed me was how respectful Paul was of my home. It was comforting to know that I could leave my home in his capable hands without any worries. Thank you for providing such a great experience and taking such wonderful care of Daisy!”

“Pia was amazing. Timely responses and asked all of the right questions before we set up the walk. Took amazing care of my dog. I would highly recommend Pia to anyone!”

“Bethany was such an amazing dog sitter. She took really good care of our pups, they love her!! She played a dog YouTube playlist for them during the storm so they weren’t scared and even offered to do an extra drop-in in case we were stuck coming back from Las Vegas. We really appreciated her for that, she’s a our new dog sitter lol”

“First time working with Anna and she was so great. Patient and flexible with us as our plans changed multiple times. She took great care of our dog, Big Helen, even though she can sometimes be reluctant to walk with new people. Anna is a total pro. We're so grateful!”

“Matt has been fantastic with our large breed Leonberger who is very particular about his humans ! He is a pleasure to work with, very responsive and reliable and our dog really likes him alot. He is a great dog walker/sitter, great at communication and we feel very lucky to have found him on rover. I highly recommend him.”

About: I grew up having birds, dogs, cats, turtles, and rodents. I currently have my own senior poodle who I trained to give his right and left paws distinctively. I used to work at a humane society as part of the kennel staff. There I would clean the cages twice daily, take the dogs out to run in the yard, feed them 3 times a day, and take them out for enrichment and socialization. I currently volunteer helping marine birds, marine mammals, and baby terrestrial mammals get as healthy as they can until they can be released. Other than that I am available so I can provide your pet with the care they need. I can crate your pets if necessary and make sure any gates or doors are properly closed. I make sure things that pets are not supposed to eat are out of reach as well.

“Vezoth (Vickie) has been walking my Lumen, on a weekly basis, for 3 months. She took a vacation and we're so glad she's back! I can tell that Lumen really enjoys their late afternoon walks. And when it's hot, Vickie uses the doggie cooling vest to ensure Lumen stays comfortable and stills gets a nice walk. Thank you!”

Scholl Canyon dog parents share their Rover experiences
So glad we went with Khawinda after our last regular walker moved away. She was right on time and asked the right questions to help me feel at ease. My pup is super high energy and not the best on leash but I could tell right away she had experience with these special types. I can see on my doggy cam that he so excited when Khawinda's at the door. Reliable, communicative, and someone who genuinely enjoys animals instead of treating it like a quick gig. She even checked on our chickens for us. :) Thank you Khawinda!!

I was in need of a last minute dog walker and Angela truly saved the day. She was responsive, arrived on time, and was kind and communicative through out the process. She also sent photos which I appreciated. I appreciated her flexibility and reliability and would hire her again!

Alyssa was incredible!! She was very very communicative, asked a lot of great questions to make sure my Bowie got the best care possible. She was always right on time for her walks with him. I felt very very safe leaving my Bowie in her care. I would 1000% use her again

I’ve had a great experience with Samantha over the past two weeks and am still happily using her for my dog’s walks. She is incredibly accommodating with my schedule, quick to respond to messages, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate how reliable she is and that she takes the time to wipe my dog’s paws after each walk. I plan to continue booking with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring dog walker!
