“Brenda is amazing! She communicates above and beyond! We love that she reminds us the day before her walks with our girls! She is always on time! She takes our dogs for their full walks and they come back so happy and fulfilled. Both our dogs are large and reactive and Brenda is so experienced in how to handle these situations! Both our girls LOVE her and she has such wonderful calming energy. We are so grateful! Highly recommend Brenda!”

About: I grew up having birds, dogs, cats, turtles, and rodents. I currently have my own senior poodle who I trained to give his right and left paws distinctively. I used to work at a humane society as part of the kennel staff. There I would clean the cages twice daily, take the dogs out to run in the yard, feed them 3 times a day, and take them out for enrichment and socialization. I currently volunteer helping marine birds, marine mammals, and baby terrestrial mammals get as healthy as they can until they can be released. Other than that I am available so I can provide your pet with the care they need. I can crate your pets if necessary and make sure any gates or doors are properly closed. I make sure things that pets are not supposed to eat are out of reach as well.
About: I recently graduated college and work remote, so I spend a lot of time at home now. I’ve had my two Cavaliers since I was 10. Jagger, my 12 year old Cavalier passed away a few months ago and it was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Caring for him was the highlight of my entire life whether it was good or bad. Because of this I’m great with senior dogs, but also dogs of any age. My love for dogs extends beyond my own. I would love to open my home up to more dogs that can keep me and Riley, my 13 year old Cavalier company! Riley is the sweetest boy and gets along with any dog! He’s never bit or has ever been aggressive. However, I can separate him from your dog upon request! :) I work part-time. A couple days a week for a few hours if that. I’m usually working from home on my laptop so I am able to attend to your dog at all times. I have a large fenced yard and a senior Cavalier who is great with every pet. I can walk your dog once or twice a day and they will never be left unattended.

“Yesenia made my little pup so happy, and tired her out just enough so she was very content when I got home. And there was great communication and photos throughout. I will ask her to walk my dog again. She was great!”

“Bethany was such an amazing dog sitter. She took really good care of our pups, they love her!! She played a dog YouTube playlist for them during the storm so they weren’t scared and even offered to do an extra drop-in in case we were stuck coming back from Las Vegas. We really appreciated her for that, she’s a our new dog sitter lol”

“Brittany did an excellent job walking my dog Charlie. She was very punctual and treated Charlie with the utmost care, making sure that he was well taken care of. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants or need a sitter/walker”

“Patrick is so lovely with our two dogs. The little one can be a bit resistant at times - and he’s won her over after one walk. Patrick is a great communicator and incredibly reliable.”

About: Hello! My name is Kimberly, I’m 38 years old. I worked at Kaiser Permanente for 12 years but decided to start working for myself as a Caregiver/ PetSitter. I’ve been caring for all types of pets since I was a child. I absolutely love pet sitting. I live in Frazier Park, but all my clients are in the Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks, Santa Monica and surrounding areas. I definitely don’t mind the different area codes, it helps me with keeping up in experiencing new scenes of life. I’m known to having a great personality and I bond well with all animals. Check me out to see if I’m a good fit for you and your furry friends. I am also open to sitting for reptiles and birds of all kinds with an extra cost. *Additional costs apply for dog walks and out door errands or park play with\for your pup 🐶 *Requests for extended care available (No additional client add-on for your selected dates) I like to keep my days busy, so I help more than one client, if I can.. & if nothing pops up, my whole attention goes to your fur babies, aside of my lunch breaks. Additional cost below, if needed extra care. Dayshift: +100 Night shift: +50 I have a pretty open schedule that makes me very flexible. I’m available to stay-in-home pet sitting or just caring for your pet with play time, love, and maybe a meal, if need be, while you handle your busy day. I’m great at following directions. Leaving detailed instructions is always best in my opinion. I know it can be hard trusting people with your furry babies .. but anything I don’t think I can handle I will for sure let you know. I wouldn’t want anything to happen to my furry babies too, so always good to communicate.
“Lorraine is a true dog lover. They were amazing with my pup and treated him like their own. Lorraine even made the cutest video during their walk - couldn’t recommend more!”

About: I’ve taken care of friends and clients pets, feeding and walking them when they are out of town. I give them the attention they need and deserve while their owners are out. I work part-time, but I’m free any time. I’m available most of the days even holidays or weekends. Just let me know what days and times work best for you. At the client's home, I make sure all the doors and gates are closed. I care for your pets like my own, and I know how important they are to people.
About: Hello neighbors. My name is Juyen. My dream since I was a little girl was to have a dog of my own. I didn't have the fortune of having a dog until I was in high school, but ever since then, I've never stopped living with animals. They are the best companions and my fur family currently consists of Koa, the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet and Nino, a cat born in the ivy of my backyard and whom I have adopted (who is mostly an outdoor cat). I welcome dogs of all sizes with the exception of very large dogs, over 100 lbs, because who is walking who at that point ;) Koa is super friendly and gregarious with other dogs, but also knows to leave them alone if they let her know. I am able to walk your dog as often as needed. I have a modest backyard where they can sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful weather we have here. Additionally, my dog is allowed on the couch, but I'm happy to follow your lead so your dog maintains their manners consistently either at my place or elsewhere. Your dog will get all the attention and love they deserve with me. If your dog needs special care and attention due to a medical issue or old age, I can administer special food, pills or shots as requested. I have a 2 dog per care max for boarding so that I am able to give each dog the time and attention they deserve. I hope to be the favorite auntie to your dog and a home away from home when you need to leave town or life gets too busy. I am in between jobs at the moment and working towards realizing a passion project, so my availability is wide open other than when I take off on rock climbing adventures every once in a while. I am an honest, trustworthy and dependable person you can rely on to care for your dog. Try me out! Thanks for your consideration! I look forward to meeting you and your dog one day. I’m home all week these days, so I’m available to care for your pet when you’re at work or away from home. I have a backyard for potty breaks and love taking walks/jogs/hikes to break up the day. I have a fenced in yard and your pet will have access to all the public spaces of my home. I’m happy to house/pet sit if preferred as well.
“Matthew is great with the dogs and we are happy we found him! Plus the dogs are quite enamored. Billie loves to watch him leave through the dining room window after each walk.”

“My dogs can be quite picky when it comes to who they’re willing to trust, so it was such a relief to see Piglet and William enjoying themselves with Denise. She followed the instructions I wrote down for them and she sent me plenty of photos throughout their walk. I will be using Denise again for the future! I highly recommend Denise!”

About: Animals have been a big part of my life. There's genuinely nothing that makes me happier than spending time with them, and that shows in how I care for them. Over the years, I've looked after a pretty wide range of animals: birds, cats, small medium and large dogs, dogs I have parented from puppyhood all the way to their senior years. Every animal has its own personality and needs, and I love learning what makes each one feel safe and comfortable. Through my vast experience of caring for a huge variety of animals, I have learned the behavioral cues needed to understand animals better and help make them feel more at home. I treat every fur baby I care for the way I'd want my own to be treated: with patience, understanding, attention, and lots of affection. I'm calm and nurturing by nature, which tends to work well with animals who are shy, anxious, or need a gentle touch. When you book with me you can expect updates and photos throughout so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. I know how hard it is to leave them. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel completely at ease. Pet care is a genuine priority in my daily routine, not something I squeeze in between other things. I'm available seven days a week: Weekdays available from 10AM onwards, Weekends are flexible throughout the entire day. When I'm caring for your fur baby in your home, I treat the space with complete respect. Everything stays exactly as you left it, and I follow your instructions closely from day one. Feeding schedules, walking routes, things to avoid, favorite spots - you know your pet best and I take your guidance seriously. Before a first visit I'll ask all the important questions so I arrive already knowing what your pet needs. During every visit I stay fully present and attentive. This means no distractions, just focused care. And you'll always get photo/video updates throughout so you can see for yourself that they're happy, comfortable, and in good hands.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs/cats/rats/snakes/etc since I was 7 years old. Always the friend that family/friends relied on to care for their family pets. Nothing brings me more joy than connecting with a pooch and caring for a new best friend. I’m currently an online business owner, selling clothing through my website and a p/t social media manager. I mainly work from home which allows me to be available for your furry babes 99% of the day. I have a small fenced yard that is fully secured although I wouldn’t leave pets unattended for any extended period of time. I love walking new areas, checking out new parks, meandering around new neighborhoods. My place is very dog-friendly and pooches are allowed on the couch/bed.
Scholl Canyon dog parents share their Rover experiences
I’ve had a great experience with Samantha over the past two weeks and am still happily using her for my dog’s walks. She is incredibly accommodating with my schedule, quick to respond to messages, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate how reliable she is and that she takes the time to wipe my dog’s paws after each walk. I plan to continue booking with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring dog walker!
