My dog thinks I'm pretty great!
A dog owner and lover since the age of 3. It was a happy accident how I got into caring for others pets. What started as a favor for a co-worker quickly turned to gaining new furry friends by word of mouth. I've walked/cared for many breeds, different sizes, and ages. From puppies in their training stage, to seniors that require a little more extra care. I enjoy playtime and walks the most, but of course snuggles and stomach rubs are a treat for me. Not just for them. My approach is tailored to each dog specific need. I love talking to owners about schedules, the do's and don'ts, and special requirements thats their pets may need. My goal is to make sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and feels safe with me. I'm comfortable and have experience with administering liquid and pill medications. I also have clients that require their pets to wear shoes or request that their pets paws be wiped down after a walk. I'm happy to make those accommodations!

I've cared for pets in many living situations such as fully fenced properties, homes with yards, even apartments and studio lofts with no yards. I ask clients if there are any special instructions or preferred routes. I want to make sure both owner and pet feel safe and comfortable.

Joanna was great. She communicated well and was very sweet and kind with our dogs. We really appreciate the pictures and videos she sent us while caring for our dogs. It was reassuring to know our dogs were well taken care of while we were away.
Joanna is amazing with our two dogs. We’ve had her do check-ins when we’re gone for longer stretches, and she always makes sure they get plenty of playtime and attention. She’s also stayed overnight with them during weekend trips, and we always feel totally at ease knowing they’re in great hands. Joanna is friendly, warm, and incredibly reliable. I’ve even recommended her to friends because I trust her that much. We can’t say enough good things about her!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this sitter! She took care of my dog for two full weeks while I was on vacation, and everything went absolutely perfectly. She was incredibly attentive, responsible, and caring by feeding him, walking him regularly, keeping him entertained, and making sure he felt comfortable and loved the entire time. She also took great care of my home, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Communication was excellent, and it was clear my dog was happy and well cared for. This was truly a very, very pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to book with her again. Highly, highly recommend!
Joanna is truly the most caring, thoughtful, and communicative dog walker and caretaker we’ve ever had. She has cared for our large Labrador mix, Keanu, for 5 + years during week-long trips, and we always leave with complete peace of mind. Keanu absolutely lights up when he sees Joanna because he feels safe, loved, and genuinely cared for. I love that they have a special relationship now. Joanna consistently sends photos and thoughtful updates, and we deeply appreciate how attentive she is—even letting us know if the smallest thing seems off. Her dedication and kindness mean the world to us. We are incredibly grateful for her, and anyone would be so lucky to have Joanna caring for their pet.
Joanna is the kind of person who'll take care of your pets better than you ever expected. She's thoughtful, intuitive, and sweet so I know every time we leave our dog in the best hands. She treats our dog like family and he is never more excited than when she visits. If I had the option to choose her every time for caring for our pet, I would 1000%.
