About: I started fostering dogs with different rescue organizations 22 years ago. I have taken care of all different breeds, sizes, and behaviors. I have a passion for animals and seeing that their needs are met. I am a teacher so I am off daily by 4:30 pm and home on the weekends. I am also off all summer and spend most of my time at home. I have a nice sized fenced back yard with a doggy door for pets to come and go as they want. I also enjoy taking dogs on walks around my neighborhood.

About: I love pets!! I have owned many animals growing up and loved each and every one. I currently own 3 dogs and a hedgehog. They are all playful and loving animals!! I would love to take care of, play with, and have fun with your furry friend! Since I have 3 dogs of my own, my days consist of playing tug of war, chase, and doing tricks! I enjoy making a routine for the animals I watch so that they know what to expect while you are away. I understand accidents happen!! If you trust your pet to free roam in your home while you’re away that’s no problem. It is no big deal to me to clean up after your pet. All I ask is anything that your pet will need, you leave out for me to easily find!

About: I have over 20 years of pet care experience. From big to small I love cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes. I specialize in elderly dog care including administering medications and offering gentle, loving, and patient space for your elderly dog; as well as puppy care and cat care! I have experience with pets with strict schedules, playful fun loving pet, and the pets who love a good snuggle and nap! I offer a fully fenced in yard of over half an acre right off I-35 but still out in the country. It’s the perfect spot for both dogs and cats to enjoy a vacation while you vacation! I’m a homeschooling mom of 3. So pet care will fit into our preference to be home exploring outside during the day and snuggling up with a good book in the evenings. I am just beginning my homestead, so I spend more time at home caring for the land and animals, but I do have a part-time job at the local dominoes that I work a couple days a week. I have a little over half an acre of fully fenced in yard to ensure lots of running and playing room for your fur baby. I also have an older dog who loves a good nap and a cat who loves a dog bird watching window to keep you pet company during their stay. I have 3 kids ranging in age from 4-15 who all love animals! Your pet will enjoy lots of playtime and interaction with other pets as well as kids. I also have a special space for you pet to sleep and play inside that is safe and clean with beds and toys. Rest assured your pet will enjoy a fun and relaxing stay at Winters Acres Homestead!

About: I have been around dogs and been caring for them my whole life. I have dealt with sick and nervous dogs, and any other dogs who need extra love and care. I am generally busy Monday to Friday, only being home in the evenings. But weekends I am generally available. I have a dog of my own, and she is good with other dogs and is up to date on all shots. I generally will walk dogs separately if it is the first visit, and keep my dog separate from dogs I care for until I am 100% confident your pup feels safe and secure in my home.

About: I have owned dogs for over 20 years. I would love to help with your dog sitting, walking needs. I have watched my friends dogs and now I am looking to expand to helping others. I am currently a substitute teacher so I am not working full time and I am available most days to help out for a short time or extended times. I've raised squirrels from newborn to adult, several wild and exotic birds ,cared for dogs and cats, hamsters. Love ferrets!! I'm also a retired school teacher 17 years. I am a positive reward oriented caretaker. Loving and caring for animals has been my life's joy. I always consider the needs of the specific pet and the wishes of the owner. I love to spend time cuddling, feeding, playing , walking , grooming , and pampering my own pet and will do the same for yours. I am currently self employed so I have plenty of time to care for your pets needs. I offer drop in and walking services and I am very flexible. I will also house sit and I prefer 3- 4 day stays. When I’m house sitting I try to stay as close to the owners schedule as possible. I like to have an info sheet on when and what your pup eats, what time they go out for a walk or to play, whether they sleep on your bed or in a special bed for them, favorite toys or games they play with you. I try to fill their day with activities….munching Nyla bones, playing in a baby pool, PB Kong treats, playing ball outside, going on walks, watching Beverly Hills Chihuahua, rubdowns and grooming.The same activities apply to drop in visits . When I’m walking them , they have a leash or harness on , I’m weary of other dogs or animals in the neighborhood, I reinforce your special commands while walking, bring a water bottle for them, and bring treats . I am always watchful for any situation that would possibly be harmful.

About: I’ve worked with both puppies and senior dogs at houses. I’ve had a lab since 12 weeks that’s well trained and very friendly. Outside of my own dogs, most recently was 7 dogs with a wide range of breeds and ages for 8 days. Ages ranged from 6 months to 20 years. Visits multiple times a day and stay to make sure they all were content after being outside. I have online classes Tuesday and Thursday 1-4 pm. so I cannot make availability during that time. Any other time or day fix’s into my schedule. We have a big yard for my dog who is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night. She’s fed twice a day and goes on walks early or evening so the ground is cooler. Past houses I’ve taken care of usually have fences and sleep in crates or on couches inside. They get let out multiple times a day and get fed twice a day. Some have requested for walks other just specify that they go outside for a bit.
