“This is our 3rd time baording our two pups at Tammy and Stephen's place and like before, we had no stress or worry. The doggies were in great hands and i would highly recommend them. We'll definitely be using them for future boarding needs.”

“Lorena was very accommodating and kind throughout the entire experience. She provided updates, which really gave me peace of mind while my dog was in her care. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter.”

“This is my second time booking with Alondra she took care of 2 of dogs very responsive sends me updates about our furry babies . Will definitely book again for our next trip”

“Kathy is a wonderful care person for my dog. He was cared for in the same loving way he is at home. Photos every day showed him being himself. I can highly recommend Katherine for your "Fur Baby" when you are away.”

“We are passing thru and fortunately found Gina to take care of our fur babies. If we lived here Gina would be our go to sitter!!! Both pups were happy and healthy when we picked them up and it was clear they were loved by Gina and family 💝”

“Beth was truly a Godsend for us! We have two furr babies, that are our world, and we have never had to board them before. But we had a trip we needed to take and a friend of mine told me about Rover.com. I liked what I read about Beth so we set up a meet and greet. I was sold immediately! She is so calm and loving and her pack of rescues were adorable. Our two girls fit right in! Beth and I kept in touch with texts and pics and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip knowing our babies were having their own fun vacation! I highly recommend Beth, she is a lovely person we a deep love for all God’s creatures. We feel blessed to know her.”

“Absolutely adore Lesley & mini. My dogs stayed for 4 almost 5 days- the communication was fantastic, I never wondered how they were. They were spoiled the whole time and my puppies were so happy there I was worried they wouldn’t want to come home! ❤️ absolutely recommend and will be back!”

“I've had the pleasure of entrusting my two dogs, who couldn't be more different in personality, to Teri for boarding once again, and this stay was by far the longest I’ve done. Choosing Teri again for such an extended period is a testament to the profound trust I have in her care. She has an unparalleled knack for making each dog feel at home, understanding that every furry friend has unique needs and temperaments. My affectionate, dramatic Guinness and my anxious, reserved Bailey were both treated with the same level of care and affection, tailored perfectly to their differing personalities. The confidence I have in Teri is not just about her capability as a dog sitter; it's about the genuine love and understanding she has for dogs. I would even add that Guinness let me know that she missed Teri and her furry companions after leaving. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pets like her own, with a touch of magic in making them feel special, Teri is the one. She's not just a dog boarder; she's a friend to both pets and their owners, and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Teri!!”

“Kristie & Rick are wonderful! They cared for our sweet Maxine and Pedro like they were their own. Since they were puppies, this was their first sleepover experience, but they did great! Kristie & Rick ensured they followed a routine and clearly gave both dogs a lot of love. Will definitely request them again!”

“Teel is such a sweet, amazing person. Pablo absolutely loves her and her little dogs. It's an incredible environment for any dog, and my very active guy was very appreciative. He had a blast there!”

“Jacqueline did a great job with Harley. Followed feeding instructions for special diet and gave Harley meds twice a day. Backyard completely safe for my Siberian who loves to wander.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was little, whether that was taking care of our cats and dogs or watching a neighbors pet. I worked in the veterinary field for a couple of years and a technician so I am comfortable administering any medications. I am open to sitting dogs of all ages, I just ask that if they aren’t potty trained to please provide a kennel. I have a border collie who loves to make friends so we hope to see your furry friends soon! I am currently a PhD student here at the U of A. I do have classes and work during the weekdays but I am available after 5pm. On the weekends me and my dog take it easy and stay in. I do live in an apartment complex. There are two dog parks present in the complex if you would want me to take your pet to run some energy out (but totally understand if you would prefer no visits to the dog park). I am able to crate any pet that needs to be I just ask that you supply the crate since I do not have one at this time. I do have a 7yr old border collie who loves to meet new friends and is very patient with energetic breeds. I take her on a long walk at least once a day and will definitely take any pet I watch on a long walk too (a girl has to get her steps in).
“We can’t say enough good things about Vicky. I guess that’s the reason she has sooooo many return bookings. Our Peach became a VERY pampered princess while at Vicky’s. We actually were calling her Nana Vicky by the time we left. Daily pictures & texts were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Vicky. Thanks Vicky!! Peach misses you. ❤️”

“We know that our pup will be well-loved and cared when staying with Jenifer! It's not the first time she's stayed there. Another benefit is the other dogs -- our pup loves playing!!!”

“Darlene took phenomenal care of my little guy while I was in town for work. He seemed to have the best time and was genuinely excited to walk in her door. She even convinced him to eat (he’s very picky) and sent photos to let me know he was doing ok! Next time we’re in town we will be coming back for sure!! Thank you!!!”

“Julie is such a great caretaker and would highly recommend. She has a clean and pet-friendly home, and she goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable with her care by sending daily picture updates and communicating well. We look forward to the next time we book with her!”

“This is my first time using the service, and I am more than happy with Ashley! We were gone for a week, and I was really nervous about leaving my boy James with someone he didn’t know. But let me just say how incredibly comfortable, Ashley made him feel,( as well as me! ) She constantly sent daily videos and pictures, along with updates! It made me feel so relaxed and I was able to enjoy my vacation! James has special-needs, and he is elderly, Ashley was so accommodating to his needs! She has given me great advice on how to care for him once he got home. her expertise and experience with special needs dogs is very helpful and I trust her knowledge . The love that she shows to her animals is so beautiful, and I loves that she treated James just like her own! We will definitely be using her services again , thank you so much Ashley ,we appreciate you!!! James misses you guys ?!”

Wonderful dog sitter. Offers lots of TLC and great communication. Our dog had not been with a sitter for several years and had developed some separation anxiety, Jackie made her feel right at home. We felt so secure about Lilly’s care, we’ll definitely use her again.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
