She didn’t just stop in to feed them and scoop litter — she took real time to pet them, play with them, and give them attention, which made such a difference. She also sent pictures every day, which I really appreciated and found incredibly reassuring. Both cats clearly loved her, and that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She also went above and beyond with the practical things, including changing the bag in the Litter Champ multiple times without being asked. That level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out. I felt completely confident knowing my cats were in such kind, attentive hands.
