“Brittany was great with my reactive dog and was able to accommodate a schedule change without issue. She took and sent photos and look forward to next time!”

About: I have a lot of experience working with a reactive and anxious rescue pit-bull mix…my sweet baby girl, Abby!! It’s been a process but she’s made huge strides! So I’m quite familiar with having to be extremely vigilant on walks, training treats on hand, knowing when to cross the street to avoid triggers…etc. I fostered an adorable blue nose pitbull puppy! I house trained him and worked with him for a year. That was one of the hardest things I ever had to do…let that handsome boy go to his forever home! I also had a dog when I was growing up. The only way we were going o get her was if I was willing to take most of the care of her and I happily obliged! I was also the pet sitter in the neighborhood. I love all dogs! I’m currently not working so I have quite an open schedule! I’ve been a teacher for 21 years and I’m taking a break to do what I love…spending time with my girl, Abby, volunteering at Save-A-Pet, and helping people out by walking their dogs! I’m not able to have pets in my home because Abby doesn’t get along well with other dogs. I’m happy to do whatever a client wants me to do with their pet! I live a very active lifestyle, so if your pet needs to go for a few miles run not a problem! Also happy to just give scratches and make your pet feel comfortable while you’re away!

“Amy has been a great help with Glenn Coco. I was stressed about my sister being gone for 3 weeks and me starting my new job that keeps me out of the house for 12 hours. Glenn loved Amy and I’m sure he appreciated a potty break and some company.”

“This was my first experience with River and I must say it was great. The entire process was easy and seamless. Bill was awesome with the dogs. Riggs and Gibson came back content and obviously exercised. Thanks so much for your help today while I recover from my foot ailment.”

“Kayla was very professional, had great communication, and just overall very good at her job. She did two dog walks for us and I would recommend her to others without reservation.”

“Roxanne was wonderful!!! She did a fabulous job taking our hyper Shiba Inu 1.5 year old for a walk and made us feel at complete peace. Great job!!!”

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I have never had a moment in my life where I was not around pets in some capacity. I spent time with my own dogs and cats as well as working at my sister’s grooming salon as a bather and pet sitter. I was also my friends and neighbors contact when they needed someone to care for their pets. I have been an active volunteer with a local pitbull rescue for many years and spend my free time with the rescue dogs and doing adoption events. I also started volunteering at the local animal rescue by my house as and spend time taking dogs out and helping with fundraising events. I currently have two dogs and one cat of my own that I love very much. My pets stay home with their other pawrent when I am away. I am available on a case by case basis during the day throughout the week but have open availability on weekends for in-home sitting or walks. I can do early morning, lunch, or evening walks/check-in for those busy days to bring you peace of mind that your pets are safe and cared for. Do you need someone to come keep your pet comfortable and happy while you’re out for the day? Or a few drop-in visits? Maybe even just to bring yourself peace of mind? I am happy to help provide that. I take care of all animals as though they are my own by ensuring their best interest at heart. I treat the safety and well being of all animals as a top priority. I truly care for animals and have an infinite amount of compassion and respect for them. I am knowledgeable with different behaviors and walking accessories (ex: different harness and collar set ups) so I can ensure safety for your pet in all situations that may present while on a walk or visit. Please trust that your pets will be treated with absolute care and respect. I will go above and beyond for any animal in my care as well as providing you with the best communication and care for your home and time.

“Kathy is doing a great job with Gracie’s walks! Gracie takes time to adjust to new people but Kathy knew how to connect with her right away. A wonderful match!”

About: Ive never not been around dogs! I grew up with Malteses from 0-18 and as soon as I moved away for school I rescued my Husky mix and raised him from 5 weeks old. I’ve cared for many types of dogs, including rescues with troubled pasts, and high maintenance elderly dogs. I spent countless hours volunteering at my local humane society where I encountered & cared for so many animals with their own sets of needs. I’m happy to administer medicine, work on potty training, teaching basic commands, and anything else your pets might need. I do travel 3-4 days out of the week for work and frequently use Rover myself to find care for my dog. I know the struggle of finding and booking a sitter. While I’m only available part time each week, I strive to keep my availability up to date to make things easier for you. Due to my landlord’s rules, I do not offer boarding in my home. And due to me also being a Dog Mom I can’t agree to do overnight stays in your home as then I’d need to find care for my dog. I’m happy to provide drop ins, walks, and checking on your home. As far as care, I love detailed lists! Tell me everything there is to know about your pet, no amount of information is ever enough to share with me. The more details you share, the more I’m able to provide you the best service for you and the level of care that your pet deserves.

Lynett S.
“I can’t recommend Lynett S. enough as a pet sitter and dog walker! She has been an absolute lifesaver for me and my pets. Lynett has watched, walked, and played with my Jack Russell terrier, Buddy, my Corgi, Stout, my Rat Terrier, Roo, my Border Collie, Gizmo, and my Pug, Harley. Every time I’ve had to leave town, I’ve been so at ease knowing that she’s looking after them. What's even more telling is how the dogs react when we pick them up—they’re always so happy and comfortable with her that they don’t even want to leave! Unlike other sitters, my dogs can’t wait to come back to Lynett’s care. It’s clear that she has a special connection with animals. Lynett’s love for animals extends beyond dogs—she’s also owned birds, fish, hamsters, and gerbils, so she’s experienced in caring for all types of pets. Her heart of gold, patience, and gentle nature make her an incredible choice for any pet parent. She’s responsible, caring, and trustworthy—any pet would be lucky to have her as their sitter!”

I always leave a detailed sheet of instructions for my sitters and Brookelynn is the only one who ever actually follows it. While she’s not available 24/7 for pet sitting I always try to snatch her up whenever she is! She is mine and Simba’s FAVORITE sitter! Can’t say enough positive things about her. So heartbroken that she moved away, but Illinois just got the best sitter ever!!!”

“I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough! From the moment we connected, she demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and a genuine love for animals. My dog, Rebel, can be a bit excitable around new people, but Natalie made quick friends with him. During the sitting, I received frequent updates, including photos and messages, which reassured me that Rebel was happy, well-cared for, and getting plenty of attention. Whether it was sticking to his feeding schedule, going for long walks, or providing playtime, Natalie took care of Rebel like he was her own. If you’re looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and attentive dog sitter, look no further than Natalie. I will absolutely be booking her again in the future!
