About: Have had experience with taking care of friends and neighbors dogs since I was a teen. Had my own pup as well who taught me so much when it came to patience, love, and trust, since they were a stray when I first adopted them. I have experience administering meds, and cleaning up wounds if and when necessary. Trust that your pup will be and good hands and be cared for as if they are my own. Currently taking some time off from my job and won't be going back for a couple of months so I have all the time in the world right now. I will care for your fur baby as if they are my own and follow any house rules and/or schedule set by the owner. Any request made will be taken into account as well. Rest assured that your pet needs will always be met.

“Elmer was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to sit our dog Ghost at our home for a week. He kept us updated daily and sent us lots of pictures and videos. We have a big energetic dog and Elmer made sure to walk him daily (sometimes multiple times a day) and cater to his needs. He even took care of a small wound Ghost had while we were away. We came home to a clean and tidy home and healthy and happy dog. We will definitely be using him again in the future.”

“Neysha and Teddy are absolutely the most amazing house/dog sitters we have ever had. They are two of the sweetest and most caring people you will ever meet. Neysha stayed with our home during a hurricane and a power outage and did it all while remaining the most calm and collective person. She gave our dog, Odin, the most amazing treats and toys and took the most amazing care of him during our vacation. We will 100% have them back and I’m sure Odin is counting down the days till they bring him more toys!”

“Ava was amazing with our two dogs and cat. She was in constant communication and provided daily updates. Our pets loved her! Would highly recommend and will be booking again in the future!”

“Jill was wonderful! She took care of the house, house was clean when we got home. She gave my dogs lots of love & attention while we were away. She sent updates, pictures of the dogs & made me feel comfortable while we are way.”

“Sophia was great! This was our first experience using Rover, and we felt fully comfortable having her stay at our house with our two large dogs. The dogs were well taken care of and in a good mood when we got back. We would definitely have Sophia back to watch them again!”

“Alphonzo is reliable and fantastic with my dogs. They sat waiting by the door for this even after he had left! He is friendly, trustworthy, patient and took fantastic care of my dogs. Highly recommended!”

“I was introduced to Rover by my co-worker, who recently used the service and told me his positive experience. So, I decided to try Rover service and selected Alexadra as our pet sitter to take care my 2 loving dogs and my kitty. She kept me informed of their activities around the house and sent me pictures of them while playing. I'm very happy and satisfied with Alexandra services. Most definitely I will book again with her.”

About: I have had dogs big and small my whole life, I’ve had cats for about 5 years now and I’ve worked with horses since I was 8 years old. I love animals more than anything but I also love to helping people. Im passionate about helping owners with animals that have complex or more advanced needs. I want to help relieve the anxiety of having to find someone who you can trust to take care of your pets with the same love and care as you do. I have experience with show dogs along with dogs with health and specials needs and reactivity. I understand the need for a pet sitter that will take care of your animals every little need to ensure you as an owner can enjoy your life without worrying about your furry babys I have three dogs ranging from 4 to 12, so everyday is about caring for them. My older dog has health issues that have to be managed and my younger dog has reactivity and behavioral issues we work with and accommodate properly. I also have an orange cat that definitely keeps the house interesting My dogs get lots of cuddles, lots of play time, and just the right amount of treats. My mini Aussie plays ball everyday and we practice all his cool tricks and tasks daily. My reactive dog spends lots of time playing and working to keep her brain busy and relaxed along with weekly exposure to baths, nails trims etc. to keep her progress from falling behind. As for my oldest he gets to lay around and do whatever he wants because his time is coming to an end and he deserves the best, we make his food weekly along with weekly baths for his skin issues and short walks because of his hips.

About: Growing up I’ve always had pets, from cats and dogs to birds and porcupines. Taking care of each individuals needs brings me so much joy. Thank you for giving me the chance to know your pet! I have open availability and can check on pets whenever it is needed. I can do at home sits any night or day of the week. I can’t do any sitting in my home due to my own pets but I am more than happy to come by and sit with them at your home! I don’t mind coming by for 5 minutes or a couple of hours depending on your needs. I can deal with big dogs who love to jump as well as little pets too!

“Holly was an amazing sitter! We were initially a little nervous because our dogs have very distinct personalities and needs—especially our two senior pups—but Holly made us feel completely at ease from the start. She sent consistent updates with a full set of pictures at every visit that we grew to look forward to while we were away, which reassured us that everyone was doing great. The dogs were clearly getting plenty of time to eat, play, and just be themselves, and they warmed up to her right away—which doesn’t always happen! Holly was friendly, easy to work with, and followed all of our care instructions to a T. She also left the house exactly how we left it, which we really appreciated. We’ll absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and compassionate sitter!”

“Skylar was an amazing sitter to my sweet girl. She stayed at my house while I was gone and I know my dog was extremely loved the entire time. Skylar was updating with pics the whole time and I couldn’t have been happier with her!”

About: Hi! I’m Ashley, a lifelong animal lover with a special passion for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. What sets me apart from other sitters is not just my genuine love for dogs, but that I work from home, so your pup will never be lonely, and enjoy constant access to attention, food and water, and a fenced in yard to play and potty. I tailor my care to meet each dog’s individual needs, including exercise and medication. I am also happy to bathe your pup upon request. I treat every dog as if they were my own—showered with affection, tasty treats (please include any dietary restrictions), plenty of playtime, and a consistent routine to make them feel safe and loved while you’re away. I'm confident with administering medications and keeping your dog mentally and physically stimulated. I have no children and live in a pet friendly community with parks and nearby pet stores. I will be sure your dog feels right at home while in my care! Depending on your training, dogs are also allowed on furniture, including my bed. I do not kennel dogs, but if you wish to have your dog sleep or rest in their kennel, please provide upon drop-off. I accept small and medium sized dogs (up to 20lbs, with exceptions to age of your pet-elderly dogs may be an exception)). My friendly chihuahua is only five pounds, so please respect that my limits are for my pups safety. With me, you’ll get peace of mind knowing your pup is in caring, capable hands. I'm also happy to provide regular updates, photos, and videos, so you never feel too far from your furry friend. Let’s chat—I’d love to meet you and your pup! I work remotely from my home office, which means your dog will never be left alone and will enjoy a calm, consistent environment throughout the day. Because I'm home full-time, I can provide plenty of attention, timely potty breaks, fresh water, healthy treats, and—most importantly—lots of love and companionship. Whether your pup enjoys lounging by my desk, playing during breaks, or going on midday walks, I make sure their needs are fully met as part of my daily routine. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my top priority is creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment tailored to each dog’s routine and personality. In my home, pets enjoy a quiet, relaxed space with plenty of cuddle time, outdoor potty breaks, and structured play. I maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment with constant access to fresh water, cozy rest areas, and engaging activities to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible—from feeding schedules, walk times, and special instructions like medication.. I also keep you updated with messages, photos, and videos so you always know how your pup is doing. Whether at your place or mine, you can count on consistent, compassionate, and attentive care.

Glennda B.
“Meet My Dog: King Jagunjagun of Barksville (we call him Jag-Jag unless he is in trouble, which is often) I won’t sugarcoat it—Jag-Jag is A LOT! He’s a 2-year-old 'big backed' Rottweiler-Cane Corso mix with the strength of a bodybuilder, the nerves of a chihuahua, and the personality of a spoiled toddler. I love him deeply, but I also know he’s not the easiest dog to care for. Jag-Jag is sweet, affectionate, and fiercely loyal (protecting your from your OWN self)—but he’s also reactive, anxious, and stubborn. He pulls hard on the leash, gets triggered by anything with wheels or wings, and has very little sense of personal space. He’s selective with other dogs, suspicious of strangers, and gets anxious if his routine is thrown off. We’ve worked with trainers and behaviorists, and while he’s come a long way, he still needs a handler who’s confident, consistent, and patient. Before Glennda, I had gone through multiple sitters who returned him early or said they "weren’t a good fit." Some even made me feel like he was too much or somehow broken. It was heartbreaking—and stressful every time we had to travel. Then Glennda came into our lives. From day one, she treated Jag-Jag with calm authority and genuine care. She didn’t try to overpower him or baby him—she respected who he was and worked with him, not against him. She kept him stimulated, safe, and structured. She sent me thoughtful updates and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. When I came to pick him up, Jag-Jag didn’t just look happy—he looked understood. He had the audacity to act like we were interrupting his fun!! I will never stop singing Glennda’s praises. She didn’t just dog-sit—she gave us peace of mind, and gave Blu the kind of care I didn’t think existed outside of our home. If she can handle Jag-Jag (and his big old back and hard head), she can handle ANY dog.”
