“Sarah was great! We have a 4 month old pup that needs attention and care and Sarah was nothing short of amazing with him. She kept us updated and sent pictures throughout the day. Oscar took and instant liking to her. I have no reservations with leaving Oscar with Sarah and will most certainly be working with her again!”
“We are new to the area and hired Monica to house sit and watch our dog Penny. She offered to come meet us in person before booking, which was so generous. Monica was responsive, kind, and left us with so much confidence leaving her with our dog and home. She was flexible with arrival and departure time, sent us updates and photos, and we will continue to hire Monica again and again- what a gem!!!”

About: I have experience with all types of cats and dogs and critters. I not only work as a pet sitter, but I was an independent rescuer and as a Spay-Neuter advocate for the ASPCA in NYC as well. I can administer fluids and medications (provided the cat isn't feral) and I have experience caring for elderly animals and pets with disabilities. I'm guaranteed reliable, flexible, patient, and kind, and I would care for your babes as I do my own. Part of being a good pet sitter is sensing what the cat and dog need, whether it means extra pets and playtime, or to be given space. i want your pet to be happy and cared for. i love all animals and their happiness, safety and well-being mean everything to me. As a part-time freelancer, pet sitting works well with my schedule. I'm available 8am to 9pm. I am not available for overnights, but I will book extended daytime stays if I am available. Cats and dogs deserve exercise, playtime, fresh meals, clean water, and affection. I will never allow a cat outside or a dog off his or her leash unless requested. You can rely on me to lock the door and keep your pet and home safe while you are away.
“This was our first pet sit with Emily and it went great! She is super communicative and sent us tons of pictures and updates of our little guy. Will definitely work with her again!”

“Paula was fantastic from the beginning. Her communication is great. She’s kind and responsive and made me feel very confident that my pets would be well cared for. I have a diabetic cat who needs medicine, and Paula’s experience caring for pets with other medical conditions was reassuring. She sent lots of photos and I could tell they were well loved while I was away.”

“Grettel has been amazing!! Scout is a very nervous and anxious dog and as soon as Grettel and Scout met I knew that Scout was going to be comfortable with Grettel! It only took him about 10 minutes to relax, which is huge for Scout!! She is also very thorough, which puts us at ease. She also provides video and pics of him while we are away! :) ”
“Allison took great care of our dog Major at our house for a week. He is healthy, happy, and calm, which is a first for when we've been away. We've tried other sitters and kennels and he gets pretty stressed out. Allison is calm and positive and kept him active. We booked her to walk him once a week for the month before we left, which let them bond ahead of our trip, too. We looked forward to our daily photo of him. The house is tidy and neat. We look forward to working with Allison again.”

“Riss was fantastic! I came home to my staff/pit mix being very relaxed and comfortable. It seems like he had a nice time with riss. She was very communicative and shared updates and photos. I highly recommend! Also, the house was spotless, that’s very much appreciated”

“My two sickly, finicky, geriatric pups loved Ja-Laurel! I think they were actually disappointed when we came home :-D (they were hoping to see Ja again). She also left the house spotless and all the potted plants happily hydrated. Many thanks!!!”

“We were so happy to find Aliza on the Rover app. We have a new rescue dog, Cobalt, and we were concerned about leaving him for the first time, while we went on a week long cruise that we booked last year. Aliza took great care of Cobalt and sent us frequent photos and updates to let us know how well he was doing. We will certainly hire Aliza again when we need a dog sitter.”

“David was great with Koda while we spend a weekend out of town! Koda’s friend Rosie was staying with us at the time too, and David was great with her too! We came home to a clean house and a happy pup! We will certainly use David again!”

“Deanna is a warm and friendly young woman and did a great job of sitting for my two cats while I was away, sleeping over for three nights. She fed them and seemed to genuinely enjoy them. She sent me a photo every day to reassure me. She even cleaned up their vomit without complaining. She left my home neat as a pin, just as she found it. I recommend her and would certainly hire her again.”
“Our experience with Alexa was second to none! She stepped in to dog sit very last minute and treated our Ruby like royalty. We received regular updates with photos and Alexa was always quick to respond. We knew our pup and home were in good hands. Wouldn't hesitate to have Alexa dog sit for us again!!”

“Katherine took our two rowdy boys totally in stride and made me feel totally confident that she had them safe and sound. Lovely pics and great communication. Would book again”

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 15. I started by watching a neighbor's dogs almost every weekend while they went out - I would walk them, feed them & bathe them. I also have had my own dogs since I was a kid. Right now we have an adorable schnauzer mix that has yet to meet a dog she doesn't get along with! I'm currently not working so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets throughout the weekday & weekends. If you're interested, I'd be happy to take your dog on a hike for a longer walk/more exercise. Yes, I have a fenced in yard. When your dog is with me, I will treat them like my own and they will get loved on throughout their time with me.

“Excellent sitter. Tiffany house sat for us and watched our 3 dogs, who are definitely a handful, she did great with them and they loved her. Will definitely come back next time we need a sitter.”

“Meg took wonderful care of our dog and cat, sending us plenty of photos and videos during her stay to let us see just how happy and doted on they were. She also took wonderful care of our home. We feel very fortunate to have found Meg!”
