“Where do I begin with this review?! Monica was amazing with our little guy, Harlem! This was the first time he had been away from home for 7 days. We went on our family vacation and because of how at ease I felt after meeting Monica and seeing her interact with our dog, I could fully enjoy the vacation. She was patient with him and helped him get used to playing well with the other dogs! They stayed for eight days so I was concerned about how they would acclimate to new surroundings because when we would board them at the vet or a boarding kennel they would come back EXTREMELY stressed. My little Lilly had a wonderful time with Scott and Heather and their children. She had so much love that I'm sure she hated to leave. Scott was very good at introducing Lilly to the other dogs. They sent videos showing them playing and running outside. I was able to enjoy my vacation without a single worry, knowing she was being taken well care of and loved.
Katie and her family are so lovely! Hank had an amazing time as always. As soon as we arrived for drop off Hank ran around the house and cuddled up to Katie & her daughter. I know he always has the best time there, and the daily photo updates prove it. Katie and her husband were also so flexible and understanding when my flight (and corresponding pickup) were delayed.
Suzanne and her family are ideal Rover sitters--so welcoming, caring, and communicative. We received frequent updates and pictures of our dog while we were away, and were thankful to have found such a kind and responsible family to care for Roux while we traveled. We plan to book with Suzanne again!
Angelina was responsive and very communicative in letting me know what was going on with my dog in her care. Even though it ultimately didn't work out (due to severe separation anxiety with my dog) Angelina kept me looped in with respect to my travel schedule and notified me to come and get my dog before I left town.
