About: Hello, I’m Rebekah, My love for taking care of animals began when I got my first dog, Faith. There had always been a family pet or two in my life that I looked after from time to time, whether it be our dogs, cats, or horses, but suddenly I had been given my own small puppy that I had the sole responsibility of caring for. I loved getting to spend time bonding with her through play, cuddles, and training-her favorite trick being high five. I knew right away that I had a passion for animals, and that’s what led me here, to Rover. I want to help make owning a pet while having a busy lifestyle a reality for you and your four legged family member(s). I am a very understanding and empathetic petsitter, so whether your animal is energetic or more laidback, I know exactly how to make sure they feel loved and cared for. I am also an avid fan of nature so if your pup likes long walks, I am the gal for you. I currently have two adorable kitties that I got after my sweet Faith passed away, so if you have any feline family members that need care, I would be able to make sure their litter box is clean, their food bowl full and their curiosity sated with lots of play time. I like to adapt to your pet’s schedule to keep their routine so let’s chat and figure out the optimal time(s) for you and your pet! I care for pets in their own home. I learn their routine from you during our meet and greet so that a sense of normalcy remains for them while you are away.
About: 11+ years in the veterinary field. Can administer any medications as needed. Have some familiarity boarding pets with severe separation anxiety and comfortable with senior animals! I work very part-time, mostly from home and am home most days full time. My son is in preschool part of the day and I do drop him off between 8:30-9:45a and pick him up between 12:40-1:30p. My husband, our 3 year old son, and myself live in a large condo with plenty of unused extra space. We have a small, unfenced yard and live in a neighborhood with tons of sidewalks and walking trails. We are a very active family and have 1 dog, a medium sized semi-active (and lazy) female Boston Terrier, Macie, who is 9 years old. She is friendly when meeting new dogs and typically keeps to herself after introduction but may play with a younger, rambunctious dog if she’s in the mood.
About: Hi! I’m Kiara. I live in a very nice apartment complex that has a huge dog park and also a nature trail. I've worked at both an Animal Shelter as well as an Animal Hospital as a Vet Assistant, and I’m currently working part-time at Banfield. Last summer, I took a part-time job at a doggy daycare and fell in love. I'm pretty much available, unless I'm out of town. My house is very pet friendly. I only allow dogs on the couch. I live in a two bedroom apartment, so there is a lot of room for your dog to enjoy. I like going for long walks (or short walks) with the dogs. For those dogs that aren't as energetic, laying on the couch watching tv works just fine. I'd recommend bringing any of your dogs favorite things with them to help them feel more at home.
