Care for my fur guest fits seamlessly into my routine because I work from home. This allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day, whether it's for feeding, potty breaks, walks, or just some comforting company. I’m able to maintain a calm and consistent environment where pets feel safe and cared for. Being home full-time means my fur guest will never be left alone for long, and I can easily adapt to their individual needs and routines.

Information Rajita M. would like to know about your pet
Knowing key details about a pet ahead of time is essential for their safety, comfort, and fun. Here’s a checklist I want to learn before watching my fur guest: - Name, Age, and Breed/Species - Personality: Are they shy, playful, aggressive, cuddly, anxious? - Daily Routine: Feeding times, walks, bathroom habits, naps. - Medical Needs: Medications, allergies, vet contact info. - Dietary Restrictions: What can/can’t they eat? Favorite treats? - Favorite Toys/Activities: What do they love to do? - Fear Triggers: Thunder, vacuum, strangers, other animals? - Commands They Know: Sit, stay, no, off, etc. - How They Act When Left Alone: Do they bark, chew, hide? - Escape Risk?: Are they door-darters or fence-jumpers?
A typical day
My day starts early in the morning, usually around 6:30 AM, with a potty break to get the dog outside and moving. This is followed by breakfast, served according to the owner's instructions, and a morning walk or play session to burn off energy and set a positive tone for the day. If the dog has any medications, they’re given at this time as well. Mid-morning is usually quieter — a good time for rest, gentle play, or using enrichment toys like chew toys around me while i am working at my desk. Around midday, another bathroom break is needed, followed by a shorter walk or some supervised backyard time. In the afternoon, they can naps where they feel comfortable. Early evening brings dinner and another opportunity for a more energetic walk or play session, like fetch or tug-of-war, especially for active breeds. If the dog has evening medications, they are given around this time. As the day winds down, we enjoy calm, relaxed time together — maybe cuddling or just hanging out. The final potty break happens before bedtime, followed by a bedtime routine if there is any, depending on the owner's preferences. Throughout the day, i make sure their water bowl is full, and ensures the pet feels safe and loved in their routine.

My pet was very comfortable and happy during her stay

Our lovely beagle, Snoop, had lots of fun at Rajita’s house with her lovely family! No problems with pick up and drop off and received some cute pictures while I was away. Thank you!!

Rafita and her family are amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Rajita was an absolute pleasure to work with by start to finish.

Once again, Rajita exceeded our expectations. She sent videos, pics, and a wonderful second mom to my dog, Rocky. We will continue to take our dogs to her when we go away. Highly recommend!
