“We’ve now completed two trial daycare days and two trial boarding stays with Mark, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mello has separation anxiety, so we wanted to make sure she truly felt safe and comfortable before her official boarding. He really goes above and beyond — he even brings Mello along with him when he’s out running quick errands like picking up pizza or McDonald’s, just so she can feel included and never alone. It’s clear he’s not just watching dogs — he’s trying to be their best friend. The biggest and most wonderful surprise: we had arranged trazodone for Mello to help with her anxiety and sleep, but she’s become so comfortable and happy there that she no longer needs it to rest well at night.
