“Cerita and her family was absolutely phenomenal watching Cyrus. We had a sudden and heartbreaking family emergency—a reunion that ended in tragedy, which required a trip to the emergency room where my cell phone was stolen, leaving me with no immediate way to communicate with Cerita, and we even got a flat tire on the way home—and Cerita was a pillar of support and kindness throughout it all. She was incredibly understanding, flexible, and communicative, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during a time of great stress and grief. She took wonderful care of Cyrus and provided constant, reassuring updates. We are so grateful for her compassion and highly recommend her to anyone needing a reliable and truly caring sitter. Also go on runs and walks routinely. I live near North Park so there are plenty of parks to walk around. Since I’m home most of the day, I can give your pup plenty of attention, playtime, and frequent potty breaks. I’ll make sure your dog feels comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away!

About: I've been pet sitting for friends and family since I was in high school, I'm comfortable taking care of 5 or more pets at once. I currently own 8 of my own, 5 reptiles and 3 cats. I've done dog, cat, and reptile sitting for navy personnel since moving to San Diego last year. I am an all around pet lover and enthusiast. I am currently a bored house wife with a lot of spare time and love to give. I'm available any day of the week and any time of day. I own three cats all of varying ages, and 5 reptiles my bearded dragon ive have had since 2024 and my other 4 reptiles Ball Python, African Fat Tail Gecko, Sulcata Tortise, and Berber Skink I've owned since 2025. All of my pets are on a set schedule with varying diets and feeding schedules. When taking care of others animals as well as my own I make sure I'm following their routine and making sure they're comfortable and feel loved and cared for and I'm also a huge advocate for respecting animals boundaries.
“I booked Vanessa last minute to watch my pup, Shalom, for the weekend. I immediately felt super comfortable leaving my doggo with her - Vanessa is very sweet, has a calm spirit, and is clearly very passionate about dogs! My dog Shalom did wonderful at her place, and seemed right at home. I especially appreciate her attention to detail with Shalom's heart medication, and that Shalom was able to sleep in bed with her! Definitely will be booking with her again in the future ❤️”

Mark was amazing! I felt so comfortable leaving my dog in his care for my entire trip, especially since it had been a while since I’d used a sitter instead of relying on friends or family. Holly was wonderful! She was very communicative throughout Bella’s stay and sent plenty of photos, which I really appreciated. Bella was clearly comfortable and even became friends with Holly’s dog, which is a huge surprise since she’s never been a fan of other dogs! 😂 I’m so happy Bella had such a great experience and will definitely be booking with Holly again. Elena is absolutely amazing! Our dog Finn stayed with her while we were out of town a few days and he had the best time! Nat was incredible. Daisy is normally pretty shy, but she ran up to Nat when they first met and was begging for pets. I immediately felt she was trustworthy with my dog. Nat sent me a ton of photos throughout Daisy’s stay and I honestly wasn’t certain my dog would even want to come home. Thank you so much!

We love Emily! Our cocker spaniel has stayed with her twice now and comes home happy and healthy. The last time we dropped her off, she could tell when we were getting closer to Emily's house and was getting so excited! She ran right inside without looking back and was excited to play. Ryan was an incredible sitter! My big goofball rescue dog is like my child so I’m usually nervous to leave him, but Ryan and his wife cared for Dusty as if he was their own! His thoughtful updates and photos put my mind right at ease. They went above and beyond to ensure to walk him early so it was cooler weather, to ensure he had his usual routine, he was comfortable in their beautiful home, was included in their activities, and had plenty of play time to enjoy their lovely outdoor space! They noticed and enjoyed his little quirks too which showed just how much they cared about him - I’m quite sure he was sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!
