Mello has separation anxiety, so we wanted to make sure she truly felt safe and comfortable before her official boarding. Mark has been incredibly patient, thoughtful, and genuinely caring every step of the way. He really goes above and beyond — he even brings Mello along with him when he’s out running quick errands like picking up pizza or McDonald’s, just so she can feel included and never alone. It’s clear he’s not just watching dogs — he’s trying to be their best friend. The biggest and most wonderful surprise: we had arranged trazodone for Mello to help with her anxiety and sleep, but she’s become so comfortable and happy there that she no longer needs it to rest well at night. “Sara did amazing job watching over our 3 cats, she had clear communication and was effectively able to notify us of any issues before they happened so we could make an actionable decision. She was available on short notice which we were extremely grateful for and had wonderful flexibility regarding time. Our 3 cats were will cared for, she reported back each day with multiple pictures and proof the litter box was scooped. She was also able to give one of our cats her medicine with little trouble. Overall 5/5 would definitely book her again and will probably on a short trip we have coming up.”

“We’ve now completed two trial daycare days and two trial boarding stays with Mark, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mello has separation anxiety, so we wanted to make sure she truly felt safe and comfortable before her official boarding. Mark has been incredibly patient, thoughtful, and genuinely caring every step of the way. He really goes above and beyond — he even brings Mello along with him when he’s out running quick errands like picking up pizza or McDonald’s, just so she can feel included and never alone. It’s clear he’s not just watching dogs — he’s trying to be their best friend. The biggest and most wonderful surprise: we had arranged trazodone for Mello to help with her anxiety and sleep, but she’s become so comfortable and happy there that she no longer needs it to rest well at night. That means everything to us. We’re heading into her official boarding stay next, and we feel completely confident she’ll have a great time. Thank you, Mark, for caring for Mello like your own!”

“Erika is super reliable, organized, and cares a lot about animals! She took care of Quincy well and gave us updates multiple times a day. Quincy tends to overheat pretty quickly, and we let Erika know this ahead of the 90 degree days and she went above and beyond making sure we knew he was cool, only went on walks early or late, etc. Q will be back!”
