I prioritize making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. For dog walks and drop-in visits, I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, fresh water, and care based on their individual needs and energy levels. For cat sitting, I understand the importance of patience and creating a calm environment so cats can feel comfortable at their own pace while maintaining a clean litter box, offering attention (if wanted), and of course food/treats and water. I always follow owner instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, leash handling, litter box cleaning, and any special routines or preferences. Safety is very important to me, so I’m attentive during walks, careful with doors and gates, and always mindful of pets’ behavior and surroundings. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident knowing their pets are happy and in good hands while they’re away.

She texted an update with 3 pictures at every visit. I had her visit twice a day at specified time frames. I looked forward to her texts and was relieved and put at ease with each picture sent. I didn’t have to wonder if the dogs got fed while away. She checked on Bingo’s ear for me when requested and sent pic of his ear to help reassure me his infection hadn’t returned. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
