About: I provide attentive and loving care to pets of all sizes, from small lap dogs to active breeds, as well as bunnies, cats and birds. As I work from home, your pet will receive consistent attention throughout the day, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. I take time to understand their needs so they feel secure and relaxed. Every pet in my care is treated as if they were my own. With my work from home environment I am able to deal with pets all times during the week. I do travel some weeks, in which I will not take on any pets. I am flexible on schedules. In the spring I will note I coach, and may be gone for 2-3 hours maximum on some nights if there is an overnight pet. This scheduling information will of be provided ahead of time to ensure you know exactly how your pet will be cared for. As I work from home your pet will be watched all day. Whether they choose to join me or relax elsewhere in the house is up to their preference. I do not have a kennel and am okay with pets being able to roam. I also want to break up my day so they will get walks every 2-4 hours if they would like. I also have a fenced yard that I can see from my office if they are wanting to spend more time outside. Personally I’ll probably be outside with them :)

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 9. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to care for their pets while they were out of town. I have experience with different breeds, sizes, and personalities of dogs from gentle greyhounds to energetic border collies! I also have experience petsitting multiple dogs and cats at once. I am a teacher on summer break so I have lots of time and attention to devote to your animals! I am available at any time of the day. I have a fenced in backyard and I live walking distance from a lot of great dog walking spots! I am also available to care for pets in their own home.

She texted an update with 3 pictures at every visit. I had her visit twice a day at specified time frames. I looked forward to her texts and was relieved and put at ease with each picture sent. I didn’t have to wonder if the dogs got fed while away. She checked on Bingo’s ear for me when requested and sent pic of his ear to help reassure me his infection hadn’t returned. She charmed my bossy, beautiful, bratty Yorkie!! I will NEVER kennel my dogs again. I strongly recommend Courtney!! I just hope she doesn’t get too popular that she is hard for me to book again. For dog walks and drop-in visits, I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, fresh water, and care based on their individual needs and energy levels. For cat sitting, I understand the importance of patience and creating a calm environment so cats can feel comfortable at their own pace while maintaining a clean litter box, offering attention (if wanted), and of course food/treats and water. I always follow owner instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, leash handling, litter box cleaning, and any special routines or preferences. Safety is very important to me, so I’m attentive during walks, careful with doors and gates, and always mindful of pets’ behavior and surroundings. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident knowing their pets are happy and in good hands while they’re away.
