About: Hi! I’ve been around dogs my whole life and had one of my own growing up. I’m experienced with walks, playtime, bathing, and general care, and I love spending time getting to know each dog’s unique personality. While i’ve worked most with smaller dogs, I’m comfortable and open to caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds. I bring a gentle, caring approach to make sure your pup feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Currently I am working part time, my schedule varies but usually I am working 2nd shift in the beginning of the week and working 1st shift during the weekends. I am more than happy to discuss dates and times and work around my typical schedule to meet your needs of pet care to the best of my abilities! Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and boundaries so they always feel secure in my care. About: I've been surrounded by animals my entire life. When I was old enough, I had begged my mom to ask her friends if they needed dogs to be walked/watched. As I grew older, I began pet-sitting for more lovely people in my community, like teachers, friends, and even hairstylists. I also volunteer at King's Harvest Animal Shelter whenever I can. It makes me proud to know I can be trusted with the furry families of my loved ones. I am currently unemployed, but I hope to start working part-time at a new location soon. As of now, I have full-time availability to care for your fur babies. I do not currently offer boarding as I do live with other people. About: I have worked with pups and kittys since I was little, I have done puppy training all the way to taking care of senior pets. I have had much practice over the years with all of my own furry family members and now to having a few solid clients I service on a regular basis before even joining Rover. So I love taking care of folks furry family members including my own Doberman and my sisters cat while she's gone away at college. However I work for the government Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 a.m.-7p.m. so I can be there during the mornings and I can take care of them as soon as I get off work in the evenings for feedings, potty breaks, walks, etc. Unfortunately, I more than likely will not be able to do midday potty breaks so if you're someone who works from home and let's them out frequently it probably will not work out. But if they're used to being in during the day already from work schedules then it should be a perfect fit! I take care of my Doberman pup through trainings with positive reinforcement via toys and treats. I feed him every morning and evening, taking him on walks out in the woods and letting him run wild in our big back yard.
About: Animals are so unique. The way they play, eat and sleep, every animals deserves special, intentional care. I love being around animals of all kinds and want to make sure people feel at ease when they’re family need to leave their pets at home. My schedule is relatively consistent. I have availability all day on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays and my week nights are open for pet care as well. In a clients home, I am respectful of their home and their animals. About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was a kid. I grew up in what my family and I would call a zoo! 3 large dogs 6+ cats. We’d take in strays get them fixed and find them homes, so the house was always loaded with furry friends. I’d help with feeding, grooming, and cleaning up pet waste. I am a new student at Black Hawk College in search of part time work to accommodate for my soon to be full-time school schedule upcoming in the fall. A typical day for me looks like morning coffee with my mom, walking our Doberman Ruby, going to the gym, & going for more walks lol. I am also a personal assistant caregiver for a friend of mine 6pm-8pm every other Friday & pick up evening shifts when needed. My schedule is quite flexible at the moment but may vary once securing another part-time gig and starting school I am very respectful and mindful when being in other peoples homes and tending to their animals who needs may vary. Genevieve is an incredibly calm, patient, and gentle sitter who connected instantly with my guinea pigs, even though they are usually very shy and wary of new people. This was the first time we ever felt comfortable leaving our little ones with someone, as we hadn’t found anyone we trusted enough to care for them and give them their medications (Mazapán is a senior piggy with arthritis, and Mocha is prone to developing stones). Genevieve listened carefully as we explained their cage‑cleaning routine, feeding schedule, and special needs, and she stayed in constant communication with me whenever she had a question. We’re so happy we found her, and we absolutely want her to continue being the one who gives them love and care during our future vacations—which will now be more frequent thanks to her!
Sydney was great with Jax and Gemma. They can be very excitable but after being away and cared for by Sydney they were calm when we arrived home. She was very communicative while we were away and I could tell by the pictures she sent that they enjoyed having her look after them!
