“Andrea is wonderful! I had to leave town unexpectedly due to a family illness and Andrea was willing to step in and help with my pups with very little notice. She is great and my dogs love her. Thanks Andrea!!”

“She took really good care of my adult cat and 7 month old kitten. Both cats were properly feed and comfortable. She was flexible to last minute scheduling and arrangement modifications. I would definitely book with her again!”

About: I have had cats, dogs, rabbits, mice, rats, fish, hermit crabs, tarantulas and many other types of pets of my own (cats and dogs my whole life) as well as cared for friends and family's pets since I was a little kid. I also volunteered at many local animal shelters in my late teens. I also have experience with different types of special needs animals; mostly cats in that aspect. (Paralyzed, deaf, blind, epileptic, diabetic and tri-pod) My daily and weekly schedule changes with my regular work schedule and my kids school schedule, but I am typically available during day time hours on weekdays, most likely at least one available night time drop-in available and can make myself available on Saturdays, if need be. Your pet will be more comfortable in an familiar environment such as their own home, so I would prefer to see them in their own home. I ask you leave a note somewhere prominent (i.e. kitchen table or counter) with quick point reminders of food/water bowl locations, food locations, treats, and any special reminders such as medications w/ times. I will take time to get to know your pet, play with them if they like or pets, loves snuggles... It's really all about what your pet wants/needs from me! I will also have my 14 year old daughter along to help care for your pet(s). Between the two of us we can run your whole zoo if you'd like!! We can do walkies for pets that need a little extra excersize. Shopping trips to pet-friendly local areas/shops/parks if wanted/permissible!
About: Although I have never officially pet-sat, I have grown up with pets my entire life, giving me firsthand experience in caring for and understanding animals. I am comfortable feeding, playing with, and providing affection to pets, ensuring they feel safe and happy. My deep love for animals makes me attentive, patient, and dedicated to their well-being. Through years of personal experience, I have developed a strong understanding of pet behavior, needs, and care, making me a responsible and compassionate caretaker for any furry friend. Pet care can easily fit into my weekly schedule, as I have Mondays and Tuesdays completely free, allowing ample time for pet sitting, walks, or check-ins. Additionally, I finish work around 3-4 PM on other days, leaving my evenings open for pet care responsibilities. With no other events or commitments, I have the flexibility to dedicate time to feeding, playing, walking, and ensuring pets receive the attention and care they need. My schedule allows me to be reliable and consistent in providing quality pet care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I will ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved by following their routine as closely as possible. I will provide fresh food and water, take dogs for walks or playtime, clean up after them, and give them plenty of attention and affection. I will also monitor their behavior and well-being, ensuring they are happy and healthy. If needed, I can administer basic care instructions provided by the owner. My goal is to create a stress-free experience for both the pet and the owner.
“Thank you for taking such good care of Hope!! I was nervous having a stranger coming in but I really feel when we met and you spent so much time getting to know her and making her comfortable that it would work out fine! And it did! I appreciate the updates and photos. We will use your services again!”

“Sophia was great stopping by watching my cat, and she was helpful even though I had some uncertainty with my dates. She responded quickly and sent me pictures while I was away for the holidays, and I came back home to a happy cat! Highly recommend!”

About: Recovery adopted a senior rescue and looking to share the love. Have had pets since birth and love them unconditionally. Grew up with a variety of breeds and ages. I'm currently not working and have a very flexible schedule along with reliable transportation. Available to stay in your home and am a responsible and reliable caregiver. I do have a yard but would prefer to sit with your pet in his/her home environment to ensure the most comfort as possible. Can't wait to love your furry friend.
About: I started caring for animals when I rescued my dog bean! She has taught me a LOT! Thanks to her I know how to manage dogs who are reactive. I'm also pretty good at keeping my footing if your 60lb pup decides to pull. All dogs deserve love is my motto. I also have experience caring for exotics! I've rehabilitated a bearded dragon and Russian tortoise in the past. I own tarantulas so I'm not afraid of any creepy crawlies either. Most of my availability will be on weekends but my schedule changes all the time so just ask! I'm normally pretty flexible so I'll try to fit you in, even if you ask same day. I can't bring your pet to my home unless it is a small caged pet but I'm happy to visit your home. I'm willing to do overnight stays or just pop in to give your pet a potty break and a walk. I'll always respect your home as if it was my own and your pets wellbeing will always be my highest priority.
About: I'm a dog lover in need of extra income and knew this was the perfect fit for me. Dogs have always been a large part of my life and I couldn't imagine a better way of using my extra time! I do have experience and have been dog sitting ever sense I was a young girl. I'm certain that I'm just what a good owner is looking for when it comes to taking care of their babies. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover as far back as I can remember. I have had dogs in my life sense I was a baby. I've always had a love for animals however dogs hold a special place in my heart. I don't know what it is about them but my family would argue that I probably treat my dog better then I treat them lol. About my yard My backyard is a large wrap around deck overlooking a wooded ravine, so technically I don't really have a back yard just a nice deck with a good view. My experience administering medication Yes, I am very comfortable with administering medication however I have never had to do shots or injections and therefore I am not comfortable in that aspect but pills, ointments, etc. are fine. I work close to home and I'm able to be home over lunch. This allows no more than 4 hrs. between bathroom breaks. Daily walks are a must when weather cooperates. I have a fenced yard with plenty of space for exercise and play time. I live in a nice neighborhood that's perfect for walks as well.
About: My family got a dog while I was in high school, and I’ve been hooked since. My family’s first dog is 12 years old, and I currently have 4 dogs, all husky mixes. I work weekdays from 7 am - 5 pm. I am able to accommodate your pet before and after work as much as necessary. I am off on weekends. I offer walks, drop ins, and house sitting for both dogs and cats. My house is full with 4 dogs of my own so I do not board. Your fur baby is my priority! I’m very attentive to animals, their moods, and their needs.
“We've used Lizzie numerous times to watch our 5 cats. They are on 3 different foods and fed in 3 separate rooms. 😅 She takes care of our babies flawlessly despite how high maintenance they are. Love her!”

About: I have worked with pups and kittys since I was little, I have done puppy training all the way to taking care of senior pets. I have had much practice over the years with all of my own furry family members and now to having a few solid clients I service on a regular basis before even joining Rover. So I love taking care of folks furry family members including my own Doberman and my sisters cat while she's gone away at college. However I work for the government Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 a.m.-7p.m. so I can be there during the mornings and I can take care of them as soon as I get off work in the evenings for feedings, potty breaks, walks, etc. Unfortunately, I more than likely will not be able to do midday potty breaks so if you're someone who works from home and let's them out frequently it probably will not work out. But if they're used to being in during the day already from work schedules then it should be a perfect fit! I take care of my Doberman pup through trainings with positive reinforcement via toys and treats. I feed him every morning and evening, taking him on walks out in the woods and letting him run wild in our big back yard.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats for 24 years I used to live on a farm and still to this day I watch animals any kind I love working with them and every time I see an animal on the street I always help them Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I enjoy spending time with animals. I make time each day for feeding, walking, play, and check-ins, while keeping a consistent schedule so pets feel safe and comfortable. On a weekly basis, I also handle tasks like grooming, cleaning up after pets, and giving them extra attention to make sure they’re happy and healthy.” In my home, I provide a safe and comfortable environment where pets can relax, play, and follow their normal routines. I make sure they have fresh food and water, regular walks, playtime, and lots of attention. In a client’s home, I follow their specific instructions to keep pets on their usual schedule. This can include feeding, walking, litter box cleaning, administering medication if needed, and giving plenty of love and companionship so pets feel secure even while their owners are away.”
About: Hi! We’re Lindsay and Matt, just a couple of 30yos who love dogs! Lindsay has always had dogs in her family and always will. She’s been caring for dogs ever since she was little and she has a knack for training them too! Her family loves to send their new pups to her whenever one joins the family. Matt adopted his first dog, Lola, when she was 6 months old and inspired his mom to get a dog of her own. We got to spend 8 wonderful years with Lola, part of that time was learning how to support her in her new life as a tripawed. In our families we currently have 6 dogs (4M & 2F) altogether at family holidays. In our home we have an 8yo male Corgi, Thor and earlier this year we added Stella, a Golden Retriever. Our dream would be to one day run a sanctuary for all kinds of animals 💜 Lindsay’s schedule has some flexibility as she can work from home, Monday through Friday. Matt works Monday through Thursday with some Fridays working from home. Currently, since Stella is still pretty young, we don’t leave her kenneled more than 4-5 hours at a time. So any pets in our care would be in good company the majority of the time. We have a privacy fenced in yard with friendly puppers to keep your pet company if they need some socialization. We have the availability to crate XS to Large breeds, as well as give them their own space within eyesight and earshot if needed. We respect whatever care and rules you may have for your fur baby in your home as well as visiting ours, for example: “fur baby isn’t allowed on furniture at home so please don’t encourage them on yours”. Our pups are big snugglers so they cuddle on the couch with us often.
