After my first visit with Courtney, I felt very reassured that my dog would be well cared for. Courtney communicated with me every day. Via the App, I was able to know when Courtney arrived at my home and when she left. Also with the App, I could see the path that she took my dog in the complex I live in. Courtney also sent me pics of my dog in my home and during her walks. All of this really put my worries at ease while I was away from my dog. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience with the Rover App and especially Courtney.”

She has experience training service animals, and has already taught and helped to reinforce few basics with my own dog. I would absolutely trust her to attend to my pet's every need and then some.”

About: I have had cats, dogs, rabbits, mice, rats, fish, hermit crabs, tarantulas and many other types of pets of my own (cats and dogs my whole life) as well as cared for friends and family's pets since I was a little kid. I also volunteered at many local animal shelters in my late teens. I also have experience with different types of special needs animals; mostly cats in that aspect. (Paralyzed, deaf, blind, epileptic, diabetic and tri-pod) My daily and weekly schedule changes with my regular work schedule and my kids school schedule, but I am typically available during day time hours on weekdays, most likely at least one available night time drop-in available and can make myself available on Saturdays, if need be. Your pet will be more comfortable in an familiar environment such as their own home, so I would prefer to see them in their own home. I ask you leave a note somewhere prominent (i.e. kitchen table or counter) with quick point reminders of food/water bowl locations, food locations, treats, and any special reminders such as medications w/ times. I will take time to get to know your pet, play with them if they like or pets, loves snuggles... It's really all about what your pet wants/needs from me! I will also have my 14 year old daughter along to help care for your pet(s). Between the two of us we can run your whole zoo if you'd like!! We can do walkies for pets that need a little extra excersize. Shopping trips to pet-friendly local areas/shops/parks if wanted/permissible!

About: I’ve always had animals since I was a kid, I’ve taken care of rabbits, dogs, ferrets, cats, several lizards, mice and other rodents, and one baby bird I had nursed back to health. I’ve even spent time with raccoons! pet care is constant for me, it’s an everyday thing. when my pets need something I’m there to get it. I always find time during the day to take care of my pets! i think the key with animals is to make sure they have plenty of attention , petting & love is extremely important . to build a bond with an animal has always been easy for me:) in my home i make sure to give all of my five animals plenty of love &make sure water is available at all times . feeding times are on a schedule for the dogs and cats in my home . i can easily adjust to anyone’s schedule for them and there pets !

“Mariah is AMAZING. She’s watched over my babies (3 chihuahuas) every time that I’ve gone on vacation for the last 5 years. I specifically schedule my vacations around hers so that she can be the one to take care of them while I’m gone!”
