“I couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for my boy Bucky while I was away. Jess came by beforehand to meet us. Bucky took to her instantly, and the photos she sent throughout the week showed how happy and loved he was. She took him on beautiful park walks, kept me updated daily, and left my home spotless. I’m so grateful for the care and attention she gave, highly recommend Jess to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate sitter.”

“Maverick was great! He was everything we needed in a puppy sitter. He was communicative and polite and the house was in great shape when we returned. 10/10 would use again!!!”

“Rae is the best- we are repeat clients. She saved us from a different situation and helped out at the last moment. Our Chow trusts her which says a lot in itself. Thanks again Rae!”

“Dukce is awesome with both our animals! She is so friendly and takes great care of both our cat and dog. They love seeing and hanging out with her and she also does a great job taking care of our house while we're away. I 100% recommend Dulce for any pet sitting needs.”

“Charles did an amazing job with Koda. I received daily updates and pictures on how he was doing. He was even even able to help out an extra night when our flight was cancelled. I would definitely book him again in the future.”
“Where to even start? If you were thinking of booking Scarlett do so right now because she is the BEST thing to ever happen to us when it comes to someone caring for our babies when we’re gone. She’s so accommodating, empathetic, caring and sweet. She treats not just the animals but the owners like family as well. I don’t think there are enough letters in the alphabet for me to string together the perfect words to describe her. We have found our go-to person for any trips we do on and are so grateful for her. She has become not only our pet sitter but our friend as well and our fur babies love her. Best Rover sitter ever!”

“Sidnee was great!! We really appreciate her watching our Riley for the weekend. She was so organized and attentive and gave us updates twice daily! Highly recommend using her services :)”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for over 10 years. It’s a true joy and pleasure. Love spending my time with them as creating bonds I am available 2-8 hours a week. I work full time and miss having my own dog, so sitting dogs comes naturally and a is a joy. I can walk, board, and clean after dogs. With cats it’s the same and clean the litter box. Spend time playing with them and taking care of any anxieties.
“Kristie looked after out pit-mix and cat for a weekend and was fantastic. She was gracious and asked great questions during our initial meet and greet. She gave us updates and pics throughout the weekend. She was such a calm presence for our animals while we were away. Our home was clean and looked great, when we returned. We would definitely rebook with her. Thank you Kristie!”

“Mandy did such a wonderful job taking care of Brownie while we were out of town. It was Brownie’s first stay as an only dog as his sister recently passed the rainbow bridge so we were nervous about leaving him for so many days but Mandy eased the worry. She took many photos and gave regular updates. We will 100 percent use her again.”

“This is the second time Jeweliana and Riley have stayed in our home with our pets. Just like last time, they maintained great communication, asked questions when they had them, gave us great updates throughout their stay and took wonderful care of our home and pets. We would be delighted to have them back again!”

“Madeline took SUCH amazing care of my dog when I got caught in a bind and we needed house sitting for the weekend. I came home to a happy, relaxed, and well cared for pup! There’s no such thing as an ending to the game of Fetch!
“Jamie was quick to fill in on a last minute request. She did a same day meet n greet and the dogs were immediately comfortable with her. She sent photos and updates the entire time she was housesitting with our 2 dogs and gave us peace of mind that they were in great hands while we traveled. Will be reaching out to her again when we travel.”

About: Hi, I’m Sierra, a devoted pet sitter, pet grief psychologist, and pet parent to 7 cats and 1 dog. With over 20 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, caring for animals isn’t just something I do; it’s at the core of who I am. Living with my 8 furbabies means I’m very familiar with a wide range of personalities, needs, routines, and quirks. From energetic, playful, sensitive, shy, senior, or anxious, I’m comfortable adapting my care to what your pet needs to feel safe, secure, and cared for. Several of my pets are seniors and require daily medication, hygiene cleaning, and special food. I also have volunteered for many years at animal shelters, which has deepened my understanding of pets with a wide range of personalities, histories, and needs. My work as a pet grief psychologist has given me a deep understanding of the human–animal bond, and it’s shaped how I show up as a sitter. I tend to notice the small things, like changes in behavior, signs of stress, and what helps a pet settle and feel safe. I bring a calm, loving energy that animals love. I know how deeply people love their animals; I work with that bond every day. My goal is for you to feel confident, at ease, and reassured knowing your pet is receiving excellent care. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pet with the same level of thoughtfulness and devotion you would, I’d be honored to help. I look forward to getting to know you and your pet! I run my own business that is 100 percent remote, and I set my own schedule. Therefore, I have lots of flexibility in my days. Pet care is an integrated part of my daily and weekly routine as a pet parent to multiple animals. I know firsthand how hard it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care. When I’m caring for your pet, I treat them with the same level of attention, patience, and love I give my own. What you can expect when your pet is with me: Attentive, one-on-one care that is never rushed. Respect for routines, preferences, and unique personalities A calm, emotionally aware presence that helps pets feel safe and secure Updates and photos (as much or as little as you'd like!) so you can truly relax while you’re away A nurturing environment where your pet is treated like family
Riverside pet parents share their Rover experiences
Maverick was incredible. Unfortunately my senior dog had flees that I did not catch and Maverick took care of it immediately including bathing him and washing his bedding. Unfortunately, my dog passed away the same trip and Maverick was very helpful in notifying me and being there when they came to collect his remains. Very professional!

Atreyu is a conscientious, attentive person-sitter! He took wonderful care of our animals while we were out of state for the holidays. He also brought in our mail and packages and even took the roast out of our freezer before we came home. I can’t recommend a pet and house sitter more highly than Atreyu!!!
This was the second time Jess stayed over to watch our pup, and once again she was great. She was punctual, communicated promptly throughout, and confirmed details earlier in the week since the stay had been planned for about a month. She left our home exactly as she found it and sent photos that clearly showed our baby was happy and well cared for. Thanks again, Jess!
Jordan was thrown into a situation of me being out of town for 4 days while my pupper was sick, but she did great keeping me informed and offering to go above and beyond in making sure my dog ate and got her meds. She sent lots of pics, and I did not feel stressed during my trip even under the circumstances, I knew my babies were in good hands - highly recommend Jordan and will be using her for future trips :)

Phillip was great with my dogs! I have 2 puppies, a 2year old and 3yr old puppy full of energy! Phillip took them for a lot of walks and sent pictures of them playing outside getting out there energy. I had to change plans last minute and add an extra day, and Phillip was very accommodating and always quick to respond!

Emily was FANTASTIC! She was prompt to respond and sent me pictures of my babies without me even having to ask. And she didn't charge extra, like lots of other services. She is my new "go to" any time I'm out of town and can't take my dogs. And the price was unbeatable. I felt so comfortable with her dogsitting my angels. Thank you, Emily!
Hallie left my mida at ease while I was away for a few days. From the initial meet and greet all the way through me returning home, I felt so comfortable leaving my guy Gideon with her. Communication was great and I could tell from the first pics she sent me that my dog was in great hands! Thank you Hallie, hope Gideon can hang out again soon :)

Megan is fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous. My cat has health issues and I wanted someone to stay overnight with her while I was away. Megan met with me before the booking started. When I met her, I immediately had peace of mind. While I was gone, Megan frequently sent updates and pictures (even though Mia hid the whole time). I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing Mia was being well taken care of. I won’t be planning any travel until Mia is feeling better but I am so happy that if I do need to travel I have an excellent sitter!

Ari was very responsive to the initial request visiting our dogs to see if she and they were a good fit. During the house sitting she arrived on time and provided video and text updates. She even stayed till we returned as our stubborn Brittany would not go in her kennel. Everything was easy and Ari was great, will use again.
