About: I care for 3 dogs, 9 cats, & more in a happy, healthy, and clean home. Animals and their wellbeing is central to my life at home. I'm happy to offer my caring attention to your family as well! I am a local middle school teacher who's off for the summer, so I am free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Open to long or short term work. Each species has it's own language, each breed it's own dialect, and each animal a unique personality. After years of caring for my own animals, I understand that nothing is more important than looking and listening when they attempt to communicate.

About: I’ve loved animals since I can remember! I’ve rescued every pet imaginable at one point or another! I’ve volunteered at FCNMHP for over 10 years and I’m very active in finding every pet a forever home! I’ve worked at Publix for over 21 years and I am currently a manager on the south side of Jacksonville. I have a flexible schedule throughout the day and I’m able to take breaks when needed. I am free most evening during the week and weekend. I’ve never met an animal that I didn’t fall in love with! Every animal deserves a full bowl of food and water, lots of pets, an unconditional love. Maverick was amazing with our two Shibas. He was super responsive, respectful of our property, and great with the boys. Our fur babies can be quirky and he followed all of our instructions. The boys were happy and healthy when we got home. I think he really treated them well and we will absolutely book with him if the need ever arises again!
Bayli was absolutely amazing watching our two dogs over the weekend! She was incredibly communicative and responsive the entire time, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She sent tons of pictures and updates, and it was clear our dogs were happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. She also took great care of our home and kept everything clean and in order, which we really appreciated coming back home to. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she watches and goes above and beyond to make sure both the pets and owners feel comfortable. We would 100% trust her with our dogs again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring dog sitter!
This was the second time Jess stayed over to watch our pup, and once again she was great. She was punctual, communicated promptly throughout, and confirmed details earlier in the week since the stay had been planned for about a month.
