About: I am currently on a pre veterinarian track at Jacksonville University. I have always loved working with animals from the zoo to vet clinics to my own animals. I have always loved to spend time with animals which is why I have decided to sign up for rover. I would love to express my passion and help others have complete comfort when leaving their furry friend. I want my clients to know they’re with someone who is passionate & experienced with all that is needed for their pets care. At home I have 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 bunnies, and 2 guinea pigs! Everyday I experience hands on experience with pets feeding, cleaning, walking, and best of all giving them lots of love! At my clients home I make sure I go above and beyond to care for your pets! About: Started at 10 caring for my dog Cassie, then on to my sister’s ferrets and her dogs. I later fell in love with her cats as well and now I have two cats of my own that are my fur babies. I have also taken care of guinea pigs and hamsters. Non lethal snakes and lizards don’t bother me either. I currently work a fulltime job, but when I come home, caring for my two cats is my favorite thing. I love loving on them and they enjoy having my attention on them after I’ve been gone all day. Making sure they have their needs met with food, water, scooped litter boxes and clipped nails (once a month) is my priority. I approach animals who don’t know me with gentleness and patience. I let them come to me when they are ready and let them see I’m there for them. I’d try to create a safe environment by doing whatever makes them feel safe - offer a treat, talk gently, offer a favorite toy, etc.

“Haleigh did an amazing job caring for our two dogs. She kept their schedule of walks and feeding like they are used to. Lots of snuggles and walks and wonderful pictures showing their day. The house was clean and neat when we returned home. It was a joy having her, we look forward to having her the next time we travel.”
