Scott must be a dog whisperer of sorts, because our Amos had zero issues with us leaving (he ate, did not pace at all, settled and napped per usual, and slept all night, and even cuddled with Scott!).. which is exactly what we were hoping for! I couldn’t be happier with the care my dogs and cat received! From the very beginning, Olivia was professional, reliable, and incredibly kind. It gave me peace of mind knowing my pets were in such loving and capable hands while i was away. I loved getting regular updates, photos, and messages that showed how happy and comfortable they were. It was obvious they were treated like family, not just “pets being watched.” When I came home, my animals were relaxed, happy, and their routines had clearly been maintained perfectly. Scott was AMAZING!!!! He communicated throughout our entire trip and sent pictures of their twice daily walks. Gypsy did not miss her humans one bit:) The house was as clean as when I left it. I could not even tell he had stayed here! So glad we found Scott, it makes it much easier leaving town knowing Gypsy is in such loving and capable hands.
This was our first time using Hannah and she was wonderful. She remembered all the things we discussed at our initial meet and greet and kept us updated with texts and photos. She is caring, responsible and we felt very comfortable leaving her with our pup. We will certainly be using her again!
