From the time that I wake up to the time that I go to sleep I am taking care of animals. I currently have one cat named Kiki. When I care for animals, I care for them like the loving creatures that they are. Taking care of an animal is like taking care of a dear friend. When I worked at different pet stores I lived and breathed caring for animals and put thought into each and every animals’ care. Now that I have my own pet sitting business, I want to do that very same thing with your fur babies. I would love to care for them as if they are my own and would drop anything and everything to make sure that they had the best care imaginable.

Feeding schedule and what food they are on, treats, chews, etc. is the first thing I will ask. I also will ask about their daily routine, activities, and behavior to allow me to interact with your pet in the best way possible.
A typical day
What activities I do with any pet I leave up to the pet parent. Dogs usually need a schedule which includes lots of mental and physical stimulation. I am happy to spend time with dogs outside in a fenced yard and allowing them to run around. I can also play with cats with teaser wands, laser pointers, etc. When I take dogs on walks I usually take them around the block near the home unless pet parents request that I take them out to a specific place. I’m more than happy to do any kinds of activities that the pet parent informs me of doing with their pets. For example, I am happy to be filled in on whether puppy likes to play fetch, go on walks at “x” place, loves to play with this toy, etc. I am more than happy to do any activities with them including some training techniques in order to stimulate pets mentally and physically and thus, a happy and excercised pet.

Hi! My name is Ariana. I have worked with animals for over 15 years and have owned animals all my life. My favorite animals are cats, but I love to hang out with dogs as well. I have owned and am knowledgable with Jack Russell Terriers, Beagles, and Labrador Retrievers. I previously worked at a few pet stores as a Pet Care Associate as well as a Veterinary Assistant and a Dog Bather for a few years. From these previous jobs, I have learned many things about different types of pets and their behaviors. I have a full time job outside of Rover that is an 8-5. I also have an Associate’s degree in General studies, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, and I am pursuing a medical coding degree so that I am able to work from home and have more time pet sitting! In the meantime, I would love to spend more time taking care of animals while continuing my education and Rover allows me to do just that. Can't wait to love and care for all of your fur babies!

Ariana was a great communicator while we were away and took amazing care of our two pups. She put extra effort into long walks for my high energy dog and on days she had to work walked them multiple times. I was very impressed and grateful for her level of care.

I would recommend Ariana as a pet sitter without hesitation! Ariana took care of my precious kitty Barney for me. Barney tends to be anxious and is often afraid of new people. Ariana new how to make Barney feel comfortable and took extra time to make sure Barney felt safe. Ariana is very knowledgeable about animals and offered some good advice on some food for Barney. She definitely went above and beyond what I expected a pet sitter to do!
Ariana was very pleasant, and timely on arrival to our home to care for our pups. Our home was super clean when we got home! She sent pictures which I really appreciated! I'd have her come and help us again!! Definitely!
