About: Hello! Im a local native to Jacksonville, and i genuinely love dogs and cats. Having two of my own, I really know how to take care of them and go above and beyond to ensure my furbabies are happy, therefore, I’d do the same for you! I have an Australian shepherd and husky, and take pride in engaging in their crazy ambitions, having trained them since they were babies. I’m working on my own business and need some extra cash flow. Therefore, I’m very available during the day, I usually walk my dogs in the morning and workout. So anytime after 12pm works really well for dog walking. As for dog sitting/home sitting, my job is remote so I can do work from home! Typically, my home is fenced, therefore, I usually just let my dogs roam free in the back while I watch. We play fetch and doing training back there. But for clients with no fence, I have no problem walking dogs to go potty. As far as inside, I pay close attention to things. If the room is too quiet or gets to rough, I’m always on top of things. And if my dogs are acting weird, I ensure I’m on top of that before the problem gets worse.

About: Since a teenager, I've taken care of dogs of every kind. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to check in with, feed and play with their pets when they were away. I grew up around cats and dogs and love them dearly, have two dogs and one cat! I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups and cats! I'm available on weekends, and most weekdays! I have two dogs and a cat at home and know how to take care and treat pets. They will be exhausted and happy at the end of the day!

About: Your pet(s) will be treated and cared for like family, and the environment is calming, secure, and quiet to assist with comfort and boarding stay. I'm currently part-time; however, I can make adjustments as necessary and can board daily and on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. About: For 17 years I have been taking care of dogs (really animals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes) both of my own and for others too. There has never been a point in my life that I have not had a dog. Right before I was born, my parents got a beagle that I grew up with. I started taking care of her at a young age (I’d say even later than 17 years ago, just not notable enough to count for it) when she needed special baths for her skin condition, treatments for her ear infections, and catering to her broken arm after getting run over by a car. Before she passed, we got a husky. I helped train (on and off leash commands), groom, trim his nails, and learned how to speak husky. He was a very loved hand full. I learned so much from him because of all the trouble he made from running away, eating glue, chewing up the entire house… you name it, he did it. Through these lessons I have learned not only how to retain my patience and grace, but also how to be a beacon of support and reservoir of love for all fur babies. Nevertheless, when he got older, I gave him shots for his hip dysplasia and ensured he was most comfortable until the day my sister and I sat in the room with him on his way up to doggy heaven. Today, I have a great pyrenees who is a bundle of joy. Again, I have trained her, happily cater to her persistent anxiety--especially with thunderstorms--ensure she is exercised, groomed, and feeling loved. Currently I am working part-time and most of this is at home doing online research for school. Pet care is my daily routine anyways and I have a partner who often stays home to take care of our pup. He certainly supports me needing to fill my cup with more love in my heart from interacting with animals. Nevertheless, I love to help people out. I find that having a good, stable community is the most precious thing we can have as people. It takes a village and I am happy to be apart of that village. I am happy to make any accommodations possible to help you and your fur baby feel the most comfortable with my care. Upon your request to book me, we will go over the requirements of their boarding or my visit(s). You let me know what I can do to help and what you feel most content with.

About: Dogs are also family wouldn't you say they deserve the best care from the best dog caregiver!? With me your fur baby will receive attention through play time, be given time to run and play and have the love and care to continue to thrive. The Services I do provide are feeding, walks to keep your fur baby happy and healthy, fun time to keep them stimulated, to continue to build on their social skills and so they can routinely be working on their bonding with family, new faces and other dogs. Dogs are constantly growing and learning so the proper sitter is needed. My schedule is flexible, so it’s allows me to be available for any type of service that may come up. Around Special events and holidays I have more time to play with your fur baby and be more active. Making sure your dog is secure in my home or yours is my first priority. Because dogs are just like babies they can get into things so double checking doors and Gates is a must.

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up I had two Lhasa Apso pups and two cats so caring for pets has been a big part of my life. As they got older, I helped give them their medications and make them feel comfortable. Over the years, my family has added three pups - two Toy Poodles and one Shih Tzu, who I have helped raised since they were puppies. I also have two of my own: an Australian Shepherd and a Bernese Mountain Dog, both whom I have raised since they were 8 weeks old. Through them, I have lots of experience in puppy training and recognizing that each pup is unique and has different needs. I also have experience caring for cats. My childhood cat developed health issues in her senior years, and I helped care for her through monthly vet visits and multiple medications, giving me first hand experience with the extra patience and attention senior cats need. My family also added a friendly tuxedo kitten to the bunch and my boyfriend has a shy cat as well. So I am comfortable caring for cats with outgoing or more reserved feline personalities. I understand that every pet has different needs, and I always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they're in my care. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, shy and cautious, or a senior needing extra patience, I'll care for them as if they were my own. I have plenty of time to look after your pup or feline! While I prefer to watch your pet between 8-5 so I can also spend time with my own pets, I understand there are times after work or on the weekends when you need to leave your furry friend to go and enjoy yourself without feeling guilty leaving them behind. In these cases, I can absolutely make exceptions. Every pet has their own routine, preferences, and unique needs so I will take the time to follow your care instructions closely. Whether that's sticking to a feeding schedule, administering medications, or going on walks, I will make sure your pet's routine stays as consistent as possible. My goal is to help your pet feel safe and give you peace of mind knowing your pet is cared for and loved while you're away. I'll care for them the way you ask while also treating them with the same affection and attention I give my own pets. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a member of your family, so I will do everything to care for them!

About: Hey guys! My name is Kayley, I am originally from TN, moved to FL in 2023. I have a ton of animal experience. For many years, I did house sitting for quite a few people for quite a range of animals. I have watched horses, dogs, cats, pigs, llamas, alpacas, goats, chickens, ducks, pretty much any livestock animal you can think of. I have also worked at a doggy daycare and took dog handling classes (which also includes animal behavior classes). I am in Pet First Aid classes through Red Cross right now so I can be certified in that too. I have done a lot of pet first aid for my animals, animals on the streets and animals of friends/neighbors. The few places I have lived people would bring strays or their own animals to me and my roommate so we can evaluate the animals to assist in any way possible. I am NOT certified in anything, this is just knowledge I have from growing up in TN around all the farms I have worked on. I have taken quite a few animals off of the streets and either kept them or got them in with reputable rescues. **Please be aware, I do work full time. Generally I am off on most weekends, other days I will either work 8-5 or 9-6 so I will be able to care for animals outside of that timeframe. I do have a roommate as well (she is also a Rover sitter) so if your animal stays with me or comes to my home, my roommate is also here and can assist as well. Generally at least one of us are home, if we happen to both be out, it is one of us at work and the other headed home from work or we are running a quick errand. I also do have a vet reference that I am happy to share as well, we are well known at our vets office for our animals we take in from the streets and my dog with her health issues. (I do not have any animals from the streets in my home right now so no worries with sickness or anything, all of my animals are UTD on their vaccines.) **If you have multiple (more than 3) animals, please reach out and we can negotiate a price on the stay. I am a full time worker and I am also a part time (online) student. I have availability every day of the week, I can stay at your home or come to your home before and after my day job. I am able to care for animals in my home or in yours. I am open to anything that you normally do on a daily basis with your animals as to not cause a huge disruption to their daily schedule.
