“Kira was amazing! She communicated well with me about all the details and loved on our sweet girl while we were away. I highly recommend using Kira for your pet sitting needs!”

“Adam was wonderful! He was so responsive and provided plenty of pupdates and pictures. He was very good with my special boy and I never had to wonder for one second if he was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Adam and will continue to reach out to him if I need a sitter in the future. I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option.”

“Do not hesitate in hiring Andra! From the moment I met her during our meet and greet I knew that she would be a wonderful fit. She asked lots of questions and made sure that she understood them fully. While we were gone if any questions arose she felt comfortable reaching out to us to question or verify. I am confident that our dogs were very well taken care of. Andra also kept our house immaculate and it was that way upon our return. She also kept us updated daily with text messages and adorable pictures.I would obviously hire her again in a minute. She exceeded our expectations. Thanks Andra”

“Cathryn was an excellent sitter for our two dogs. She took very good care of them -- meals, treats and dog walking. There was plenty of snuggle time, too. She left an immaculate house. We will definitely ask Cathryn to sit for us again. Fortunate to have her! Thanks Cathryn!”

About: Growing up in a home with multiple dogs taught me how important patience, consistency, and attention are when caring for pets. I’m very comfortable around dogs and genuinely enjoy spending time with them, whether that means going on walks, playing, or just helping them feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re away. I know every dog is different, and I always try to make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I’ve grown up in a home with multiple cats and dogs. I’m used to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and making sure pets are comfortable and cared for throughout the day. Because I’ve always been around animals, caring for them feels like a normal and easy part of my everyday life. I’m used to living in a multi-pet household, so I pay attention to different needs at the same time. In a client’s home, I follow their instructions carefully by making sure they’re fed on time, getting the exercise and attention they need, and making sure they always have a clean, safe space. I also focus on being calm, patient, and respectful of each pet’s comfort level.

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and experience I have with animals. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and a year ago I got my sweet boy, Obi, which made me even more understanding of how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I’m patient, reliable, and comfortable with pets of all personalities and energy levels, including puppies and senior pets. I love making animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I have pets of my own and genuinely enjoy being around animals. I’m currently taking the summer off after finishing my master’s degree, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time throughout the week for walks, playtime, feedings, check ins, and overnight care. I love staying active, so pet care is something I truly enjoy making part of my day. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while sticking closely to their normal routine. I know every pet has their own personality, habits, and quirks because my own dog, Obi, is very particular about how he likes to do things. That’s made me really understanding and patient when it comes to learning what makes each pet feel most comfortable. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and routines so pets can feel as relaxed and normal as possible while their owners are away. I also make safety a priority by keeping a close eye on pets during walks and outdoor time and making sure they always have a calm, clean, and comfortable environment.
About: Hi! My name is Ariana. I have worked with animals for over 15 years and have owned animals all my life. My favorite animals are cats, but I love to hang out with dogs as well. I have owned and am knowledgable with Jack Russell Terriers, Beagles, and Labrador Retrievers. I previously worked at a few pet stores as a Pet Care Associate as well as a Veterinary Assistant and a Dog Bather for a few years. From these previous jobs, I have learned many things about different types of pets and their behaviors. I have a full time job outside of Rover that is an 8-5. I also have an Associate’s degree in General studies, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, and I am pursuing a medical coding degree so that I am able to work from home and have more time pet sitting! In the meantime, I would love to spend more time taking care of animals while continuing my education and Rover allows me to do just that. Can't wait to love and care for all of your fur babies! I try to be as flexible with pet parents as I possibly can when it comes to scheduling any services. I will work with anyone’s schedule to provide the best care! From the time that I wake up to the time that I go to sleep I am taking care of animals. I currently have one cat named Kiki. When I care for animals, I care for them like the loving creatures that they are. Taking care of an animal is like taking care of a dear friend. When I worked at different pet stores I lived and breathed caring for animals and put thought into each and every animals’ care. Now that I have my own pet sitting business, I want to do that very same thing with your fur babies. I would love to care for them as if they are my own and would drop anything and everything to make sure that they had the best care imaginable.
“Roni was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend her. I have 2 large dobermans and she disciplined, cared and loved on them with ease. She is brilliant! She was constantly in contact with me sending images etc and she is a wonderful person.”

“Laura was fantastic with our animals. They loved her, they did not appear to be stressed at all like they were after leaving them at a facility kennel type environment. She was great, our residence was watched over and our pets were safe in their own environment. Denali and Remington seem to miss her after she had left. Great job Laura, you deserve more than 5 stars but that’s all there is. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.”

“Stephanie took great care of Onyx. We booked her to housesit and stay at our place to watch Onyx. She was respectful of our home. She was very attentive to Onyx and her needs as a senior dog. Great communication. Great under pressure. Will definitely book with her again.”

About: Petcare is not just a job but a privilege for me. I will treat your fur babies as my own! I have loved animals all my life, have had many of my own over the years, and have been actively pet sitting for friends and clients across Jax for the past four years. I've watched pets with special dietary restrictions and have experience administering medicine/supplements to them. I've cared for both senior animals and young puppies. I'm active and can take dogs on extended walks and am happy to even take them on my favorite hiking trails around Jax if they're up for it. I'm retired so I have a very flexible schedule to give your pets plenty of attention, bathroom breaks, walks, or whatever else they need. I make sure to closely follow each owner's care instructions and try to keep your pet's regular routine to make them as comfortable as possible in your absence. I'm also happy to accommodate any idiosyncrasies or peculiar needs they may have (I have held umbrellas for dogs sensitive to the sun but love their time outside). I will treat your home with the utmost respect and am happy to water plants, take out trash, or do any other tasks that would be helpful while you're away. I create a safe, calm, and loving environment by supervising all pets closely, keeping spaces clean and secure, and following each owner’s care instructions to make sure every pet feels comfortable and protected.
About: I’ve been an animal lover since I was a kid, so much so that I made a career out of it working at the zoo! I’ve dog and cat sat for multiple people, I have extensive animal care experience, and I’ve worked at humane societies throughout high school and college! I am currently a mammal care specialist at the Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens, and I have a cat of my own. I’ve always grown up with pets and love to care for all animals. I have a cat of my own that I take care of. I’m available on weeknights and weekends, even just for walks so pets don’t stay lonely for too long! My typical work schedule 7AM-5:30PM Thurs-Sat and 7AM-1PM on Sun/Mon and can care for pets around these times! I always make sure to spend quality time with the pets I care for! As an animal owner, I treat animals the way I’d treat my own, and I make sure to go above and beyond. I keep a very tidy house and will do the same for any house I care for!
