Most recently, my girlfriend and I took a trip to Puerto Rico, where we were gone for about a week. Jessica fed, walked, and played with our dog while we were gone. She is professional and reliable, and sent us pictures and text messages to confirm that our boy was safe and happy! She has a pleasant disposition and has pets of her own, which helped us feel comfortable that she was more than competent to handle the tasks we asked for her to perform. She was timely and truly used the time during the 30 minute visit to play with Onyx and made sure to post pictures to the review card every time. I even called her and asked her to run by the apartment in the middle of the day (when an appointment was NOT scheduled for Onyx) to send me pictures of my sister's puppy's immunization records while we were on our trip.
