“Charlayda, or “Layda” recently took care of our 4 dogs—2 11-mo olds, who sleep in the garage, are trained to bathroom on puppy pads, and a 4 and 5 year old who are totally family members who sleep on beds, love the outdoors, and live to please people! We went away for a military graduation for 6 days, and were nervous to use a “service” but our friend could not stay here, so we took a leap of faith with Rover and Charlayda. When she came for a Meet and Greet 4 days before we were leaving, we immediately could tell we were with a lover of dogs, someone knowledable who all 4 dogs quickly “took to.” All of our fears about leaving went away as she asked questions and took the time to get to know specifics about all 4. While away, we received photos, videos, and texts as requested. When we returned home, all the dogs were calm, happy, sat for treats better than before!, and we could just tell that Layda had earned an A++++ in every way. We never thought we could leave all of them. We were proved wrong!! She’s superb. We’re now thinking about a weekend away, something we considered impossible before!! We’re so grateful!!”

About: I have my own doggies, they are both 3! I’m used too picking up the pet care when parents leave to go out of town and just take stress off their shoulders! Friends and family, cats and dog i’ve always been the one they call. I’m used to very strategic routines with my baby’s so i’m willing to do the same for yours. Doing the best in every way to make my stay with them as comfortable as possible! I currently work 5 days a week 8-2pm and i’m looking too pick up something i’m actually interested in, We all know how a high school job can last after high school when it wasn’t planned and i’m very interested in baby sitting and pet sitting for people and just giving back the love i share with my animals where it’s needed! I have a fenced in yard for both of my puppies and everyday i come home and make sure they get plenty of play time with me. They have a routine with me, I feed them every evening at 5pm and give them supplements for their health so they live the longest and happiest life !

About: I have had animals in the house from the day I was born until I moved out a few years ago. While I was still in the house neighbors relied on me to take care of their pets, or to just be a friendly face for them. Since then I’ve worked as a veterinary technicians assistant and gotten to work more closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians. That experience has deepened my love for animals and expanded my knowledge of the care that is required for each and every beloved pet. I always strive to give the best quality of care for any furry friend that comes my way, and try my best to get to know them and their specific needs. Most importantly of all, I want them to feel loved and safe whenever I’m with them and I do my best to foster such an environment. I am currently a full time student, but I don’t have many classes right now so I will be able to give lots of love and attention to your animals. I have no other commitments so school and your animals are my full time job. I have previous experience in the veterinary field, and with that experience I will give the best quality service possible for your animals. About: I have had a dog ever since I was born, from my Maltese, to my Golden doodle. I’d take them on walks, feed them, and make sure they had a good day! I do love every animal (I have 7 reptiles) but dogs have the best personalities. I even volunteer at the Jacksonville Humane society to take dogs out for a day. I’m going to school to become a vet, so I need hands on experience and watching your dog/s will help me in the future. I get to have fun by watching dogs while gaining experience. My dream! I’m going to school to become a vet and right now going for my bachelors. Most days I have classes until 2-3pm, but Fridays off. I have plenty of time up until August 17, when my classes start. At my clients home, I never take my eye of the dog. If anything were to happen I’d know right away. I care for the dog, so I’d run, play, walk the dog until the dog has enough and I can tell they are done. I’ll rest with the dog and make sure they are feed and have enough water. In the end, I’ll treat the dog like it is my own.
