Charlayda is so sweet and kind to my pup and I. She was flexible although my plans were all over the place which I appreciated so much. She sent lots of photos and I can tell really gave my pup all the loves he deserves. Thank you so much and will be booking again!

I just moved back to Jax and needed to find a new pet sitter for my toy poodle. I was scheduled to be out of town for 4 days and I had anxiety about leaving him with someone he was unfamiliar with for that amount of time. I downloaded the Rover app and Layda literally fell into my lap. Her reviews were great and her availability was open. I reached out and she was immediately responsive. She offered to give me a call to walk me through how the app works and we talked in depth about my dog. She asked all kinds of questions and gave super helpful suggestions. Before I completed my booking, I asked if we could do a meet & greet so that her and Jinger could meet and she happily agreed. They hit it off perfectly. 2 days later I dropped Jinger for his extended vacay and I could tell my baby had the time of his life. Layda sent pictures and videos multiple times throughout the day and she was always responsive when I checked in. She allowed him to be comfortable and feel at home and I really appreciated that. Based on my first (of many more to come) booking, I can tell that Layda truly cares about what she does and thats a great feeling as a pet mom.
