“Charlayda, or “Layda” recently took care of our 4 dogs—2 11-mo olds, who sleep in the garage, are trained to bathroom on puppy pads, and a 4 and 5 year old who are totally family members who sleep on beds, love the outdoors, and live to please people! We went away for a military graduation for 6 days, and were nervous to use a “service” but our friend could not stay here, so we took a leap of faith with Rover and Charlayda. When she came for a Meet and Greet 4 days before we were leaving, we immediately could tell we were with a lover of dogs, someone knowledable who all 4 dogs quickly “took to.” All of our fears about leaving went away as she asked questions and took the time to get to know specifics about all 4. While away, we received photos, videos, and texts as requested. When we returned home, all the dogs were calm, happy, sat for treats better than before!, and we could just tell that Layda had earned an A++++ in every way. We never thought we could leave all of them. We were proved wrong!! She’s superb. We’re now thinking about a weekend away, something we considered impossible before!! We’re so grateful!!”

I live in a spacious apartment that provides plenty of room for pets to relax and feel comfortable during their stay. I also have a friendly pet rabbit who is accustomed to being around people and other animals. For the safety and comfort of all pets, my rabbit stays in his own private room whenever I am boarding or caring for another animal. My apartment community also has a fully fenced dog park where dogs can enjoy supervised off leash playtime and exercise. Safety is always my top priority, and I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs to help them feel secure, loved, and at home while you’re away. I provide regular updates, photos, and open communication so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is receiving attentive and reliable care.

About: I own and run a grooming/boarding facility here in Jax. Petcare is my passion! Branching out to include petsitting as well, so as to offer a one-stop shop of sorts for all your pet care needs. I provide courier service to vet appts and can groom your pups should you need those services during your vacation! Being that I run my own business, I set my hours, so I can do the same when caring for your pets. I have vet tech experience and am a certified pet groomer. I can administer meds, assist with potty training needs, clean litter boxes, do light house cleaning and make your home appear lived in, ALL while entertaining your babies and keeping them safe. When I come to your home, your pets will be provided loads of love and attention, all while remaining where they feel most comfy, in THEIR home! Should grooming services be needed, I can provide that as well. All dogs will receive a free exit bath! This includes nail trimming and ear cleaning.

About: I have my own doggies, they are both 3! I’m used too picking up the pet care when parents leave to go out of town and just take stress off their shoulders! Friends and family, cats and dog i’ve always been the one they call. I’m used to very strategic routines with my baby’s so i’m willing to do the same for yours. Doing the best in every way to make my stay with them as comfortable as possible! I currently work 5 days a week 8-2pm and i’m looking too pick up something i’m actually interested in, We all know how a high school job can last after high school when it wasn’t planned and i’m very interested in baby sitting and pet sitting for people and just giving back the love i share with my animals where it’s needed! I have a fenced in yard for both of my puppies and everyday i come home and make sure they get plenty of play time with me. They have a routine with me, I feed them every evening at 5pm and give them supplements for their health so they live the longest and happiest life !

It was an unexpected/emergency trip so there was no advanced planning but Evan rolled with it, found everything - food, litter, the house key (!) It really was last minute. She met me at the hospital to get my keys and took such good care of my babies, sending me pictures and updates that gave me so much peace of mind. But what she did beyond that completely shocked me. I came home to a clean apartment. She took out all my trash, cleaned my kitchen, washed dishes, bought bowls for my cats, left cleaning supplies and even flowers on the counter. She showed me so much kindness during one of the hardest weeks I’ve had. I have no family or friends in this country so she’s the only one I had during that time. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I am very patient and loving. Currently I have my dog Kota, and my best friend’s dog Brandi who I am looking after for the next 3 months. I have a huge backyard with a pool where your furry friend can run and swim. I also work from home so they will always have someone there. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. My mornings start off with feeding my animals and going for a morning walk with the dogs. During my lunch hour that’s when I let the dogs outside to run around and swim for an hour, and then again once my work day is done. We also take potty breaks in between. When my friends and family leave their dogs with me I follow the same schedule and make sure the dogs get plenty of exercise, tired dogs are happy dogs :) since I’m home all day me, Kota and Brandi can provide companionship all day long for your furry kid :) I live in a house with a huge fenced in yard and a pool. Dogs are allowed on the furniture. I’m always around to make sure that they’re not eating things they’re not supposed to.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 my family members and my friends always count on me to take care of their dogs when needed. I’m a huge dog lover and a dog owner myself and I worked in a vet clinic before. I’m currently not working so I have plenty of time to have doggy time and to have fun with them and take very good care of them. I’m always available in the mornings after 9am till 2 pm I live in an apartment but I love taking dogs on a walk and I love taking them outside and playing with them just having a fun time with them in general while taking care of them. They will take potty times very 2 hours and make sure they get a lot of walk time and play time.
