About: I’ve had pets all my life. From guinea pigs to chihuahuas to pitties. I’ve yet to meet an animal I didn’t like and I don’t plan to ever. I spend time volunteering at the local Humane Society to learn how to better care for animals like yours. I’m a full time student looking to make most of my income here on Rover. I also spend a few hours a week at the Humane Society. I've had animals as long as I've been self-aware. My family dogs include a senior chihuahua and a 7 year old pittie. At home, my family includes two kitties, Moomin (5) and Toro (1), who are both from the Jacksonville Humane Society! They are my pride and joy and I consider them my sons. I work well with all pets. Doesn’t matter if they’re skittish or energetic. Please do not hesitate to let me know the specifics of your pet’s care needs. It is my duty to cater to their personality! About: I have had the joy of having dogs and cats as my companions my entire life! Including 2 painted turtles and fish. I've always had a love for animals and nature. I absolutely enjoy meeting new pet friends of all kinds. I have been pet sitting here in Jacksonville for 3 years now and have had the pleasure of caring for parrots, fish, cats, and dogs. A client of mine has a cat that needs medication as well as my own dog with allergies. I've done pet sitting for my own veterinarian's small farm with ducks, chickens, mini ponies, and mini donkey's as well. I now basic training as my own dog attended puppy classes at the K9 Obedience Club of Jacksonville. In my younger years, I worked in a veterinarian clinic for 2 years. I took a different path and started a career in the medical field in a sleep lab and am now getting back to what I truly love. Pet care! Either way, I have a nurturing nature and will treat your pets just like my own! I am a stay-at-home mom currently. I pick my daughter up from school weekly and am unavailable from 1pm-2:30pm due to the commute. Otherwise, I'm available to care for or play with your pet any other time during the week. I am available anytime on the weekends. I have a large fenced in yard with two friendly dogs for your pets to play with. I crate my own dogs and can do the same for yours if need be. I give my own dog medication for her allergies and can do the same for your own. I never leave outdoor play unattended as I do have a pool. If feeding time is needed, I separate all so as to not cause issues. I give lots of love and attention!

“Excellent!!! Fozzie's behavior when I picked him up spoke for the great time he had. Fozzie said hi to me in usual happy fashion, yet did not want to leave. Normally, Fozzie is ready to leave wherever he is and doesn't speak to me. He actually ignores me until we get into the car. Her big brown lab was a sweet heart and her cats let Fozzie sniff them, too. Adriana, welcomed me all the way inside her home. The living room was set up for a place for pets to lay & relax; there were multiple cushions on the floor. Her back yard is fenced with ample room for running & playing, with a good size pool for pup swimming. When I came in to pick him up, she didn't rush me out. I bonded with the big guy with lots of rubbing & scratching; Fozzie wasn't his usual jealous self, getting between me and the pet I was petting. This was a very unique experience; it was great. Anytime we are in Jacksonville, FL, I know where Fozzie is going.”

About: I grew up surrounded by animals on my Granny’s farm, so caring for pets has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. About: I’ve always lived with many cats and dogs my whole life. I’ve had a variety of pets of all ages including rabbits, snakes, bearded dragons, hamsters. I’ve also fostered many kittens and puppies and I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats, the majority rescues. I’m a huge animal lover! I am mostly a stay at home mom with 4 pets. We take the dogs on daily walks and sometimes to the park. We are always spending time outdoors in our spacious back yard with our dogs running around and cats climbing trees and roofs and such! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats both very friendly if spending time together! I also have a fenced in yard with a garden. I have a separate indoor petroom stocked with a couple crates (if needed for my big dog), enclosed cat litter boxes, a large cat climbing tree, plenty of pet food and treats, many water bowls and toys for all! About: I’ve taken care of a few dogs in the past few months, I’ve also help master some of the basics training. I keep the pet entertained and read body language to respect boundaries! I have also volunteered at Jax humane society. My schedule is pretty flexible. I work from home so it’s not much of a hassle for me to make time for your fur baby! I have a long side walk to take long walks. I have a nice sided yard so they can run around and play. There will be other dogs around the area when we go on walks so they will have some type of interaction.

He was recovering from an injury that had required stitches and Kelly was wonderful in making sure he had the appropriate activity level and administering his medication until he was completely well.
