I came home to a clean apartment. She took out all my trash, cleaned my kitchen, washed dishes, bought bowls for my cats, left cleaning supplies and even flowers on the counter. She showed me so much kindness during one of the hardest weeks I’ve had. I have no family or friends in this country so she’s the only one I had during that time. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes or during walks, which allows pets to remain in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routine with minimal stress. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, routines, and house rules. I take time to understand each pet’s personality, triggers, and comfort level before beginning care. I ensure all doors and entry points are secure at all times, and I am extremely mindful when entering and exiting the home to prevent any chance of escape. I do not allow off-leash outdoor time unless explicitly approved by the owner and in a fully secure area. I maintain a clean environment by properly handling food areas, litter boxes, and any pet-related messes during each visit. I also monitor pets closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health and will immediately communicate any concerns to the owner. Trust and respect are very important to me.
